I always found breathing exersizes unsettling like someone is telling me when or how to breathe. For ppl with anxiety its better to offer maybe relaxing sounds and then breathing with naturally slow or pace and the person will probably fall asleep. Have you heard of the yputube sensation ASMR. Anyway dont worry bill gates says this all wont last too long and lets face it he would know ! 😷
