My first experience with my new therapist didn't go too well, i told him to F off, but i did as suggested. I tried painting an abstract ladybug and ended up writing the word "fail" all over it. He's been my therapist for 10yrs and has helped so much with my BPD and PTSD.

You are the first one I have seen using paint. What is the purpose of the paint?? I will be watching more videos. :)

Did you use 35% glue? Or 35% water? I've been trying (and failing) to mix acrylic paint with various mixtures, and I can't ever get the paint to mix. It just breaks up into tiny clumps but never actually mixes.. I tried 50/50 glue and water and as soon as I added water the paint broke into clumps 😭 any advice would be very very much appreciated

What type of water do you use?

I didn’t listen to my body almost ten years ago and I almost didn’t make it. I had a really bad case of C-Diff and I was in the ICU for three days with renal failure. I was in the hospital for 18 days and came home with a colostomy. You have to take of yourself love. You are an amazing woman and mother. Your strong and Loving. Keep up the good and Please take care of yourself. There is only one of you and we all love you.
