Yes. Sprayed a 5mm layer of Polyyrethane on it.

Needs jet drive propulsion but definitely a huge improvement upon what is extant at the moment absolutely.

I promise no air-boat can defeat a hovercraft with a deep bag and finger skirt. But that is an excellent design.

Only lacks a bodywork to protect users from elements....used a hydrocopter as they are called in Sweden and I would not want to sit outside not protected from chill, snow etc...

Your an idiot. I spent five years as a crew member on a real commercial hovercraft in the arctic working year round and I can attest to its ruggedness, economy and comfort are superior to your rubber ducky with a backpack propeller.
