if you wanted to issue a report for outgoing cash transactions why you selected the filter: Transaction Type > Payment instead of Checks, Bill payment, Paycheck, etc? The report that you generated in the video it's for Income cash transactions only.

Hi...my doubt: for journal entries, should I need always create the debit and credit line for each journal entry?

Make sure to mention the limitations. If you have an inactive custom field, data will still be written to that field. If you write data to that field it cannot be removed. All they will say is the software has limitations

Who produced this? Please remove the music or if you must have continually repeating music, please turn down the volume so it is in the background. It should not be as loud or louder than the person speaking. It looks like a good product but could not view the video all the way through. It is just not worth the frustration trying to hear your speaker over the music.

Please remove the soundtrack. It's loud and seriously detracts from what you are trying to accomplish.

If you do an export first, the headers the invoice (or payment, etc) maps to will be exported also, so you can just reuse them for field mapping.

This looks so promising. Need to try this software out.

Can I import a payment and have it 'apply' that payment to an existing invoice?
