pretty ticked off by the lack of a sustained running game. only 13 run plays in a game hamilton led from the start! only 30 run plays in two games! there should be that many in one game!! the best defence isn't the one with the most tackles. it's the one with the most offensive plays; if your offence is on the field, that means the opposition's defence is being worn down, and their qb is sitting on the bench getting cold. keep him there. don't try to get tds on every play. get first downs. if you need 3yd for a first down, get 4 or 5 yds. don't try to throw a 30yd bomb to the endzone, then kick a fg. that's been the hamilton way since bruno. get first down after first down after first down, and you'll get touchdowns. i want the opposition to dread letting hamilton have the ball, because they know they won't get it back until the next kickoff after a score, and that might be a long time coming. by the time they get the ball back, they'll be forced to pass to get a quick score to catch up. that should make setting up the defence a little easier. i want the cats to set league records for most first downs in a game/season, most offensive plays in a game/season, most 3rd down conversions, highest time of possession. get more running plays (not necessarily more yards) than the opposition in each game, and you're practically guaranteed victory.

Well Scott it took 2 years to get a decent O line that just need's a slight tweak. The fans in the stands give you credit for that. As for those short pass play's when it was 2nd and long, you have to come up with something better then that. You need to incorporate Michael Irvin timing play's where the ball is caught just pass the 1st down marker.

Extremely disappointing outcome. I have been following and rooting for the TiCats since the early 60's and that game last night was one of the worst meltdowns I have ever witnessed by the team. Throughout the second half they looked liked the Leafs (minus the skates) trying to nurse a lead. It rarely works. It appeared that almost every time Harris threw a pass during the first half there was one or even two or three defenders all over the receiver. During the second half it looked like the TiCat secondary was playing prevent defence for 30 minutes. On the final Sask touchdown it looked like the DBS were running away from the receiver. Dreadful. Please end the cliche: "learn how to win". Get out there and play hard football, as is the Ticat tradition! Oskee wee wee.

Steve other than a short mention of the Canadian linebacker Hoyle the linebackers need a serious upgrade. The loss of Thurman and Simoni has really hurt them. Harris had free range down the field on second downs between 10-20 yards which is where the backers are supposed to be. I thought the TSN turning point was the 2nd and 17 in the fourth quarter when the Riders were hemmed in deep. No issue with throwing 18 over the middle for the first. Washington has to upgrade that crew. There are decent guys experienced guys being cut around the league. This experiment with rookie backers is hurting. It was embarssing to celebrate the last Grey Cup winning that 25 frickin years ago.

These clips would be so much better if we could hear the questions. Maybe they should be close captioned.

Great game! Defensive was super on point! Bridges was EXCELLENT (except that last penalty 😠😜), and overall, the game was good. Bo - you were nailing it!
