Man don't be so ruff with them, there delicate little things and the way you pick up them bags out the boxs is very fast, also you shouldn't be grabbing them from above, because predators grab them from above so you'll stress them out! Always pick them from underneath! And be carful with the bags dude not so ruff with them!

How is the tank doing?
Tanks doing great now i moved in july lost a few corals and all 3 yellow tangs but its back at 100 percent already trying to get more corals in it lol
Do they have access to UVB?
Yes bottom cages have lights, top cages have backs knocked out and chicken wire installed so they get natural sunlight uvb
Nice bro they may need a bigger tank though. You should defrost less food probably half a cube give them misis shrimp by Hikari. Defrost it in a cup so you don’t put excess waste in your tank and use a turkey baster to target feed them. Just advice though .. I am going to purchase some looking into ones that stay pretty small.

Here in Maui they run wild here kids pick Um after school like fruit 🥴 and there the yellow crested much bigger . It common to see them grow well over 15 inches in the wild if your lucky . I’ve had 2 that were almost 2 feet long about 22 inches jus about 👍 he was a male named Rambo haha very big . They do grow bigger then what it’s normally said

Makes and females have three horns. Sometimes females have 1 horn, sometimes none

What did you use for the walls of your holding cages?
I was trying to keep it cheap and light and removable so i bought styrofoam sheets in lowes 4 sheets for 10 bucks in a pack then i bought pvc walls for the outside to make them water proof then i used spray adhesive to hold them then tape on each side so the sides dont come off
