Big Robbo, taught me all I needed to know in Harrogate AFC back in 2005. Now I’m learning from him through the powers of CZcams, belting instruction from this man!
Young Walsh I hope you’re well my man 👍🏻 Education Education Education ♥️
Yeah all good started my C+E this week and your videos are good help! Felt like a 16 year old being taught again haha, proper took me back seeing your instruction again! Hope everything’s cushty on your end
All good buddy, look at the artic uncouple & couple. Stay low move fast.
@@paulrobbo216 past my first part on Friday. ‘Right to bend it, left to mend it’ Helped me a lot! Cheers Robbo
@@nickwalsh2588 top man mate. Go get the next part now 👍🏻
Super 😍😍😍
Good 👍
I must say I’m as far as CPC 2 passed waiting to start driving tuition C+E and all of my learning online this is the 1st school I’ve seen that actually has done real-time driving with tuition out on the road spot on muka you doing what’s badly needed in my opinion what a bloody shame you so far away I’d be training at your school 💪👍
Thank you for the kind words.
I need the address where in Essex. I just need driving lessons.
Colchester
That's a nice truck to learn in
Bravo!
Can you do a video in principles of hgb driving eg considerations when turning, rear swings etc
Hi Walker this is something we would consider. Do you currently drive LGV? Awareness planning and tail swing checks are all vital parts of driving a LGV.
@@paulrobbo216 hi there. I'm currently training. I don't feel the instructors have explained what to do methodically. I'd be grateful if you could do a video on it please. Thank you
Hi Walker, don’t be afraid to ask your instructor to give you more depth with regards to tail swing and awareness. I am sure he/she will be glad you asked. Team ETT
0:47... He went ahead from left hand lane that had a "turn left arrow" on it... Was that a correct maneuver?
Superb observation; the situation was that the cars on the offside wouldn’t let him in until very late when one gave way. He signalled early but got over late, he used his vehicle to split both lanes due to it being 18.75 m in length. Decent spot though.
@@paulrobbo216 OK I understand... Makes perfect sense... I plan to start my cat. C with you and I was just checking the videos you made... Thank you for your hard work and good luck. I will give you a call soon after I pass my theory tests.
Category C1 Reversing confirmation conducted in a busy location - train hard - test easy!
Nice work on the video! BTW, have you ever thought of using FollowSM[.]com to promo your videos?
Nice job
I was told to put on full lock as you start reversing. It's good we are allowed two shunts. I got my test tommorow
How did you get on Jak? Yes I like to teach lock on them move, they are my tyres and I do not mind buying more. Sometimes the students forget to put any lock on and then hit the B cone. The pressure can get to some people.....
What reference points can you use for the end of the trailer/back of the lorry when reversing? As we dont have a rear mirror so to speak like a car would for seeing out the rear window.
SellingSumo it all depends on where and what side you’re reversing. Get into a car park and have a good play with your trailer. You’ll soon be great at putting it anywhere. 🚛💨💨
@@paulrobbo216 Thanks mate, probably a daft question but why don't they fire parking sensors onto trailers for artics would that just not work? Would probably save a lot of crashes with new passes...
SellingSumo some companies do have them, it’s common sense in my eyes. Saves incidents and accidents also. If in doubt, shunt it out.
Hi you can always put a clothes peg on your rear mud flap or put any marker on the rear to assist you. Never forget that if you are in doubt, stop the lorry and get out for a look. I hope that answers your question?
@@innov8properties913 I totally agree with you, I think cameras should be a must on all LGV's.
Hi Richard, who are you training with? Good luck.
Well Deano thank you for the nice comment, it makes a change for you :)
LGV too big to enjoy. Its a job:-)
Micka Datwist it's life my pal ;-)
Hey Micka, it is still nice to enjoy driving the LGV's - It's the cars that are the problem :)
@@paulrobbo216 cyclists are the problem. One guy barely alive uphill holding back a whole row of cars especially lorries.
@@mickadatwist1620Don’t drive then
Nice to see a proper professional A++
class 1 next bro?
