One of the benefits of having a blacked out front cap is being able to use it to prevent the dot from washing out when blasting your weapon light. You can keep the dot at a lower setting, close the cap, blast your light in a dark house, and still see your dot perfectly! Try it out
The front cap is completely black not honeycomb so you canât see nothing through. The optic already has low light setting for night vision.
@Mr.Madness1 Yeah completely black cap is what I mean. You have to be target focused with both eyes open for it to work like I described.

Nice man. I just picked up my Shadow 2 last night. I bought the pistol because after shooting one at my range I discovered that I shoot the gun better than I do one of $4 K pistols (Watchtower Apache). I can't imagine how much better a 2.7 lb single action trigger pull and porting will make it. Great video. Short and to the point. Thanks for sharing. đ»

357 barrel to short same ballistics as 9mm but harder to shoot doesn't make sense look it up for yourselves i had a 340 PD got rid of it
That may be true with some ammo but try the snubbie with some 200 grain double tap rounds. 9mm can't even come close to that power out of a 2 inch barrel. XD

Just my 2 cents, but I'd probably reevaluate your grip on that revolver. Having your thumb forward may come back to bite you one day. (Maybe you've got your thumb tucked in where we can't see, and I'm just being a typical judgemental youtube commenter, though đ)

You definitely lose some velocity close range I believe 10.5 barrel 5.56 Xm193 muzzle velocity around 2800 FPS and a standard 16.5 barrel 3200 FPS so definitely lose some but itâs all what you want.đ

@CodeWaka I have never had a failure to date with the Sig P365 or other Sig firearms I have have never let me down. But Glock is bulletproof!
U trust what you know. Personally wouldn't buy a glock or a sig and I carry daily. Carry what you trust, train, and has a good track record

Hi, I appreciate your opinion but what is the real difference between the SW MP 340 & 340PD obviously I read the SW site, I am asking about the rounds you can shoot, 340PD nothing less then 120 grain but the MP 340 doesn't say that so does that mean it can shoot any grain weight . Thank you for any opinion you can give on this topic.
Yes No less than 120 GR for the 340PD that I did the review on. The main difference with the S&W 340PD Airlite is the titanium cylinder so you can shoot 357 magnum.

Short-barreled handguns are generally close quarters weapons. Very few close quarters engagements go beyond 3 rounds-especially with such a large caliber. That said, I would prefer that firearm with a longer barrel and a deeper rear notch sight.
Iâve only had pistols not a revolver. Now I want this gun. Huh going from .38 to a .357 thatâs crazy

Mine was a mess. I sold it back to a gun dealer.
Interesting this one is dead on accurateđ but I do know some of the earlier models did have issues with the accuracy.

Awesome review!! I also own one of the first addition rangers with the cylinder release on the side and special green grip. I also noticed the newer versions have the extended rail to the rear sight which is also a plus. Always thought it would be weird with a red dot on the front of the gun!! Love your content!! I also own an NSX 8 shot with comp and loved it so much I now have the 6â version on order..đđ
