Tibet is vast. A one-month trip is considered a tight schedule for Chinese citizens who have no visa issues. I doubt any tourist guides can arrange a thorough and in-depth tour for foreign tourists. You have to give up many areas and just stay close to Lhasa to be able to fly out on time.😢😢😢😢

nowadays just some border place is forbidden for foreigners to visit, the only problem is visa time and have to follow a tour.
get visa 2024 for China is expensive and complcated, better look only on films like that, for Sounth Corea or Japan EU don need visas
