First.
In set 2 I feel like this deck still has legs. Would you have an update list in mind
For sure! Planning to put out some deck techs on this and a few others as I test more.
You had some great takes on the apparent leader strengths and card synergies. Impressed that you were able to make Bo-Katan work in a limited format. Well done.
I think she'll be even better in draft when you can pick up all of the Mandalorians you want! Likely still not one of the best leaders but fairly solid.

I deff think you're undervaluing Cad Bane. I was able to sweep my pre-release with him
Cad Bane is definitely super strong in limited for sure. I think he's one of the best leaders there. But in constructed, its hard to justify playing him over original Boba Fett unfortunately. :(
Went to two prereleases this weekend and out of 14 packs that I opened, I ended up with 6 different leaders. Pretty disappointing. I then got my butt kicked by Han Solo, who's ability seems a bit much to me. I did okay with Rey in the sealed but constructing with the cards I had from those 14 packs, I think if I had a better leader, I might have a better strategy. 5 Reys, 4 Hondos, 2 Gars, 1 Bossk, and probaly the worst of all 1 Hunter. Bleh.
I think Rey is super strong in both limited and constructed! She has quite a lot of synergy pieces that work well with her.
I think you vastly over estimate quira, and signifigantly undervalue bosk.
bossk is fine, but qi'ra is incredible
I felt that even though I had a bunch of bounties in my deck, I really couldn't take advantage of his ability at all, with what I had. Plus if the opponent isn't playing cards with bounties on them, then he's pretty useless.
Playing with and against Qi'Ra a bit, she's incredible. Being able to full counter opposing leader flip turns is amazing. Bossk I think can be fine, but there aren't really enough good bounties to make him work super consistently unfortunately.
I still think rival's fall is a bait card, it just costs too much for me to justify running it when i have more ways to remove units especially in this set, i may not be able to kill most leaders with the other removal but i have other ways to make sure leaders don't live long
It kills Vengeance, it kills Krayt Dragon, it kills all leaders. If I’m in blue, it’ll replace Vanquish. If I can pay 5 I can pay 6. So at least one… maybe sideboard extras.
@greglott4977 I literally have a card that does the exact same thing for 5 except it doesn't kill leaders, I will be unwilling to pay 6 for a kill anything spell most of the time
After playing with the card a bit, killing leaders cleanly with one card, no board presence is amazing. There's not really anything else in the game that can do that for the same amount of resources. The game still revolves around leaders and flip turns, so being able to have a clean answer is great.

Probably a very accurate vision of set 2, the one I personnaly agree the most among many others.
Solid list! Cassian could’ve been an Honorable Mention, but maybe I’m just hopeful I can make Leia top tier 😂

Great list and input about the cards. This is about the same order I would put the cards in this set.
Krayt Dragon might become the first banned card imo
Card is strong for sure. But there's a lot of aggro decks that can likely get under it. Also hand disruption like Bazine helps play against it too.
Hey! I just wanted to thank you for this video. I have an unexpected showdown this Saturday and I promise to myself that if I played a second one, I will go with Han Green, so this video appears in my life at perfect timing. I really like the deck, but as you mention in the video, I struggle a lot against Boba (have a reeeeeeeally bad win % against him), so thank you for the advices. I always try to do that, but I got overwhelmed (perfect word here :D) everytime. Hopefully, I will be at top 8, although it is going to be really hard!
Glad its helpful! Like I mentioned in the video, the Boba matchup can be hard, but it isn't unwinnable! You have to play around of a lot of things which can be difficult. Sometimes they just have all the answers and that's okay.
@@imzwiing Hello again! Just to let you know I didn't make top 8 due to two Bobas 😂 But at least I know for sure that I will play harder during set 2 to improve my skills! There are really good people playing out there! Again, thank you so much for the advices.
