Mine fuses the cut place back after finishing. What setting you used
what is your material? Brass? I used wobble, 0.2x0.02mm
wobble is uses for making the cutting line bigger

I need your advice. Which 50W fiber laser is better for cutting and engraving silver sheets: JPT or Raycus, or is there no significant difference for silver? Also, what lenses are preferable: a 110 x 110 mm lens or a lens with a smaller working area? Thanks for your answer.
Hi, sorry for just saw your comments, you can use 100x100mm lens, 70x70mm also is fine. For cutting, silver, no significant difference between Raycus or JPT. When laser source has problem, JPT brand has monitor software and we can confirm if that is laser source problem.

no, this paper is thin, no burnt edges
What Wobble configuration did you use?
0.2x0.02mm
I used your settings on 2mm brass and got to the point that I could see it coming through a little after about two hours. It didn't cut through all the way and, couldn't get it to pop out. How long did this take you and what watt laser are you using ? I have a 50 watt JPT

My 80-C JPT, 300mm lens, perfect cut in letters on the edge of a penny ! .002" linewidth ! Requires incidence of less than 22 and 1/2° for repeatability. Been in Laser since 1977.

you mill first then use laser or ? and how strong laser is ?
We use 50w. We didn’t mill it. Only use laser. But for real application, most customers use milling machine

hi I have a problem. new 50w laser. I installed the drivers for windows. then I open ezdca2 and when I press the light button, ready comes out and the program freezes. if I turn off the laser the program unlocks. plus it doesn't give me the red light figure or even marking. can you help me thanks.

You can use either EzCad or Lightburn on the same computer ?
yes, but can not use both software at the same time
no, usually lightburn rewrites the driver to something else, so when you open ezcad2 it doesnt find the card. we typically run ezcad and lightburn on sperate machines.
