G'day Dave, The humble handline is a great bit of kit. How many times I have caught mud crab and quality Jacks on slab bait with them while rod fishing. I still use them on the reef I like the feel and I downsize to 45lb mono like schneider and catch more fish while everyone else is using 80lb mono and not getting the same amount of hookups. That's one of the secrets to reef fishing. I always enjoy the drone for panoramic views of the northern country of the wild west. The Major BB🎩🎣🐟👍🤙👌🥂

Gday Noel, I found the fish wth the side scan and noticed they were right up against the snags and then used the active target to cast directly at the Barra. No I don’t use it all the time. The side scan finds the fish 99% of the time. Cheers mare 🙌👌🤙🍻🎣

I think the pliers are mate I just seen they where stainless and good quality. Thought I would try the bent ones so you don’t have to roll your wrist as much when dehooking the fish seem to work ok. Morning Darryl, Yes the mighty Porosus done it again crazy how it has been producing good fishing this year. All depending which part a the false mouths on what tides I go there mate neaps and springs tides. Quiet a few years ago I was fishing the Kimberley coast Sail River I seen a Barra floating and trying to kick down into the water so I went over to see what was going on the Barra was chocking on a baby salt water croc 🐊 Must have been stuck for a few hours as I pulled the croc out of its throat the croc was dead but the Barra swam away.
