Tolle und langlebige Maschinen, unsere Maschine ist vom Bj. 1970, hat schon über 22000 Stunden, funktioniert immer noch tadellos.
The way the "workpiece transport system" comes out for maintenance is really slick. Love that it doesn't need a pit either. Nice system.
Mich würde interessieren, wie lange die Schleifkörper halten, evtl. nennt man das Standzeit? Und aus was das Compound bestehen könnte. Vielen Dank!
Vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar. Die Standzeit der Schleifkörper hängt von mehreren Faktoren ab, wie beispielsweise der Prozessdauer, die Art der zu bearbeiten Werkstücke etc. Daher lässt sich eine pauschale Standzeit leider nicht sagen. Durch jahrzehntelange Prozessoptimierung in der Schleifkörperproduktion können hohe Standzeiten sowohl bei Kermaik- als auch bei Kunststoffschleifkörpern erzielt werden. Bei Flüssigcompounds sind in den meisten Anwendungsfällen Tenside der Hauptkomponent. Hello Mr. Singh, If you have workpieces with hard-to-process contours that require fine finishing or polishing, the multivibrators of the MV series are the ideal choice. The respective workpiece is secured mechanically or electromagnetically, and processed using vibrating abrasive media and special fluids. This ensures a consistent finish on both the internal and external surfaces.
