Thank you for this great workshop!! How will the CDC help if we can't load the full SQL database in memory? Let's say I need to enrich the order with product data and I have billions of product roes. What's the best way to use this approach?

I recently got interested in olap db. Why not use greenplum for everything for analytics? And use pinot druid etc?
