Even though you have posterior teeth, id still say that one anchor pin is just not enough. Two on the vestibular and two on the palate would be best

I love this set up, the assistant looks so comfortable. My last office I had to reach so far to get the instruments since the table was attached to the wall and the doctor occupied the tray attached to the chair. I’m still learning so it was hard to be so far from the tray and still figure out what to grab next. 😮‍💨

I don’t get it. She has the most minuscule tiny crevice at the top of her 2 front teeth. You grind down to create a gap. Then, close the gap you created with braces. Now that same gap is still there, but now she has that much less enamel.
