Hi. I just discovered your channel a few minutes ago. Honestly, this video is the absolute best one that I have ever seen which explains the whole "squeeze your glutes at the top" phenomenon. I always felt it was irrelevant to do the whole squeeze thing! You don't really benefit from that engagement. FOR YEARS, it was stated that everyone should lift to a full stand then squeeze at the top. Thank you soooooo much for telling us not to do that and for explaining what really gets RESULTS!!
