As a Villa fan of over 30 years I’ve seen some great times and some bad times. The football we are now playing under Don Unai is about the best I’ve seen in my time supporting Villa. He, along with Nas and Wes have transformed us back into the club that I first supported back in 92. Champions League is a realistic possibility this season as is a ECL win. As your video shows, I hope Villa fans don’t forget where we’ve been in the last ten years and start acting like entitled, spoiled brats. We need to take a lead from Emery, the master of humility.

As a villa fan, firstly what a great job you have done with this video. Love the team currently and hope Unai can deliver silverwear soon. But will also give huge love to Dean Smith.....A Villa man through and through, who bought us back to the Premier League!

Good video a couple of mistakes like villa veat derby 2-1 not 1-0 and when emery took over we was 16th not 13th but as i say minor details . Its great ro seee how far we come over rhe past ten years or so after watching this

The first four to five minutes of that were heartbreaking to reminisce over, however the later part was a joy to watch, it’s incredible how far we’ve come in such a short space of time, I think I can speak on behalf of all Villa fans *We Absolutely Love You Unai Emery!* *UP THE VILLA!* 💜💙

Fantastic mini documentary! As a Villa fan of over 30 years, I remember the relative highs of the 90s and 2000s, followed by the lows of the 2010s. While I understand Martin O'Neill's position had become untenable, I'll never forgive him for the way he suddenly left just as the season was starting. Houlier wasn't the worst manager we've ever had (that honour goes to Steven Gerrard), Remi Garde was the wrong man at the wrong time, McCleish was always going to be the wrong appointment, and both Sherwood and Bruce were dinosaurs with no idea how to motivate the modern player. Paul Lambert and Dean Smith were decent men, just not strong enough coaches to cope with the awful management of Lerner and Xia respectively. And honestly, I'd forgotten all about Roberto Di Matteo. I just thank the footballing gods for the arrival of Edens and Sawiris - unlike previous owners, they seem content to be hands-off owners who leave the football side to Emery, and have full trust in the process. And it's paying off. For the first time in a very long time, it's great to be a Villa fan!

as a Villa fan, the first 9 minutes were a harsh reminder of how the EPL can be very unforgiving. I certainly hope Villa can be top flight in the top flight, maybe the road to Villa Park can be paved with gold.....and more importantly...silver!
