The Bully Buster Program is a 12-step program to handle bullies without fighting. Sensei Matt Zahand of Zahand's Martial Arts in Akron, Ohio, has volunteered doing this program for 8 years. It hits criteria within the Ohio state school standards while teaching a very valuable lesson kids needs today - how to socially adapt to those around us without showing disrespect & de-escalating.
