    ⚠️Re-feeding syndrome⚠️ This is NOT what to break a 10 day water fast with. Bone broth, particularly homemade is rhe best thing. Do more research, and abyone who's following here to learn, go elsewhere. Learn from the plethora of drs online teaching how to do this properly.

    I have a lot of acne on my face and they grow to more day by day. I have used the gel given by doctor, cut off sweets and oil and wash my face daily but can’t get rid of them. Doctors are also not giving any specific attention.😢😢😢

    Hey new subscriber here. I have taken all sorts of acne treatment but it keeps coming back.. I'm really frustrated now because everything i eat seems to give me more acne.. I have tried focusing on my diet for more than one month but it shows no results.. Is there a chance that almond can trigger acne breakout?? I tried healing naturally but i couldn't, so i have started using topical cream.. Alot of people talk about stress management but i don't think that's the issue because as a human being we all go through certain amount of stress and we can't just get rid of it completely. Btw I'm a guy from India.

    Documenting fast right now to make sure i dont quit and because im going to a wedding and my opp is there so you know i gotta look good(while working out everyday). Weight: 130lbs My goal is to lose atleast 8-10lbs Day 1:✅️ I feel so hungry. 33 hours in i curently weigh 128lbs Day: 2✅️ I felt extremely weak Day: 3 ✅️ My energy went back to normal Day: 4✅️ I make sure not to move much cause i feel like I will faint Day: 5✅️ Day: 6✅️ Day: 7✅️ Day: 8✅️ Day: 9 ❎️ Day: 10 (the day i break it) (Remind me to update plssss) So, I skipped day 9 and I'm extremly prouf of myself my weight was now 119

    You need herbs in a water fast if not expect a loss of nutrients...good herbs ...dandelion chamomile sea moss etc

    Remember to always work with a practitioner who can 1. Understand your history, goals and needs. 2. Recommend which tests are best for you. As an example, there is a different DUTCH test I would use for a woman who has a regular cycle vs. a woman who does not. 3.     I work out too much. And i sweat all the time (i guess that's the cause of my acne). The other thing is that i drink too much soda 😂😅 (the other root cause of my horrible acne 😅). 😂 I'm glad that you got rid of your acne. Congratulations 🎉.

    You don’t need grains for a healthy gut. Plus grains are more likely to have glyphosate and phytic acid which are bad for the gut.

    Hiii!, do u think eggs may increase inflammation? i´ve got rid of dairy, sugar, even avocado increase my acne and make my skin too oily, and i noticed if i eat more than 1 complete eggs at day i have also oily skin...

      Hi they definitely can for some people and if this is something you notice, try to take a break for 6 weeks and see if this makes a difference!
