There's a lot to say regarding the product and customer service. I personally did not have a good experience. This 10/30 limiter allowed me to insert 11 Magpul polymer rounds. I let customer service know. They told me to use live rounds. Like come in, you're in the magazine business. Shouldn't you have some magpul polymer bullets to test yourself and not tell me that there's flex with these polymer bullets that would allow fitment of an extra round? Instead of standing by their product and offering me a refund right away, they instruct me to do things to try and make it work that are not in their instructions like for example: using the original magpul inner base along with their base. This company's products are not fine tuned just yet and to add icing to the cake, once I do send in my returns they don't give me refunds for certain items -_-. Eventually Joe the customer service rep Joe or whoever manages returns stopped replying to me. So...I was jumped. I do not recommend I had a bad experience with this company and customer service. Pretty much some of their things work and some don't. They don't quite have that easy going customer service experience you'll get with the bigger companies. Some products look like they were produced very well, some look unfinished with rough edges, hot glue.....and overall the company doesn't stand by their products. Work on QA guys. If a customer wants a refund, give it to them, and if they do send stuff in to be refunded, try to refund them all, not just half of them. Overall I do not recommend this company at this time. The customer service vibes I got where new business owner being really cheap trying to give you the run around and avoid giving the refund for as long as possible. And in my case, they didn't refund everything.

Mine won't come apart! Not good enough

If anyone gets the 15 round mag, I believe some of springs are not tempered correctly. With a full mag, the spring is compress and loses memory and will not push the follower all the way up to lock slide to the rear on last round. Had two mags I sent back to S&W and had the same issue with the replacement mags. I took the mag apart and stretch the springs and now they work again. Never had any issues with the 13 rounders, just the 15.

These go together no problem. But but then when I put the retention plate on the limiter gets uneven and won't clip into the retention plate so it won't lock in. What is the secret here?

Try explaining to a police officer that you're 19 round Glock 19x mag is really only a 10 round even though it has 19 holes in the back I'd rather err on caution and just get the Glock 10 round magazines and be safe

I believe it’s a design flaw on those first release shield plus magazines. The owners manual makes disassembly seem so easy, but I always needed to pry them off and my dad’s was the same way. They’re also tough to load up 13 rounds. But I now have the bugout kit O.R. Shield plus that comes with three 13 round mags and they all disassemble/load up with ease. The slide stop spring wasn’t seated on both early ones also and they have a tendency to walk out and get stuck not being able to remove the slide. The new one was seated all the way in the groove. I’ll never buy a newly released firearm again otherwise they make great products.
