I knowingly drove at 50mph on a road where I knew the speed limit to be 30mph, the speed limit had been 30mph for a long time and I knew this when I drove on the road at 50mph. I was caught and fined for breaking the rules of the road. I am now sueing the department of transport as I believe the 30mph limit was not justified and should have been 50mph, even though I knew the limit was 30mph when I drove on the road.

Knowing Premier League is already doing ongoing 2nd investigation on them from 2018 - present day. So god knows how many charges they've broke in that, if you add all them up. 115 fc could end all this, if they just show their book accounts for Premier League, but they can't because they are in wrong here and are panicking because everyone after them rightly deserved.
