My car passed the omissions test on its MOT therefore its legal. I wouldn't pay ULEZ I'm happy to avoid any town or city that operate this extra tax on people. I already pay Road Tax for the privilege of dodging pot holes, Insurance and MOT! STUFF ULEZ TOO!

In our country if you have a number of unpaid fines it’s sent to a debit collector. If they cannot get it your credit score is affected. Fine if you never want to borrow any money if not will haunt you for years.
