Except of crash cymbal and uplifer noisy sound, all other sounds including drums are makde using M8 built-in synth engines. This little wonder has really a lot of under the hood, it's super powerful music makind device ! And extremely intuitive !

First complete tune after two weeks of owning great Polyend Tracker Mini. Really satisfied with this device, absolutely amazing UX, works like a breeze, enjoing it a LOT. Started my musical journey in late 90's with trackers and was a bit afraid how smooth control witll be with relatively few buttons and no keyboard (especially for notes) - but it cannot be more smooth. Not sure what style is this one but anyway .. Just yesterday received Digitakt 2, and here is first quick pattern - except of voice and crash cymbal everything used are stock samples (heavy ise of all LFOs to modulate sruff)

Elektron Digitakt Elektron Digitone Digitone sends notes to: Roland JD08 Behringer Pro VS Mini Roland S1 Audio from them goes back to Digitone. No external processing / mastering.

All that's missing now are some higher frequencies, e.g. a lead sound with a melodie. As of now it all sounds a little "muddy". Makes me want to dance, anyway 🥰. And to play with my Virus C!

It’s my first contact with Polyend but not with trackers - in 90’s early 00´s i used teackers a lot
sounds cool. Downloaded pack but not done projects yet. I installed the pack and loaded but patterns wont play. can i load it in as patterns on bank c and how?
Tehere is single project in pack, you need load that project, then there is 8 patterns in some bank but i can’t remember which one :-)) I don’t have Syntakt atm so can’t check it but i guess it’s either bank A or bank F (first or last).. for sure patterns 1-8 are filled .. i guess just by loading peoject and hitting play first patter should start play
@@raysubject Not working. I installed soundpack via overbridge in projects folder. Nothing playing still? I'm obvs doing something wrong? Just pre loaded preset sounds on bank A and B everytime? I'll try another delete and reinstall mate.
@@andydavis5845 that is really strange.. nobody ever mentioned such issues, i am trying hard to think what could be wrong … Do you see project ? Can you load it ? What is inside project ? Are all banks / all patterns empty ? Can you record YT video how you load project and how you check banks / patterns ? Maybe i get some idea where is problem

No it’s all that one Syntakt, direct record audio from Syntakt, no external processing, no other gear..

I remember one day in the rehearsal room, when i testet to replace my EMX with a IPad GrooveBox App. It was a difference like Night and Day. This Tubes gives so much crispy Overtones to the Sound. It sounds so much better. I just can´t understand, why this was the only Machine how had this feature. It´s much more organic. It´s also the main Reason, why i´m not interresstet in the new Version of it. And... the old ones look and feels just sexy. In my opinion they did a massive downgrade with this cheap, new Plasticboxes. I´m glade to have the old one and will never sell it.

@@raysubject A4 was my first Elektron box and still one of my favourites bits of kit. I have the original dark trinity, plus Digitakt/Digitone combo too. Love them all.
@@RichardOlpin yeah all elektrons are great .. i sold a4 to fund other gear but regret it, will buy it back at some point for sure :-))
