Explore the Eastern Highlands Cultural Centre in Kainantu, Eastern Highlands. This centre is renowned for producing some of the finest pottery, weaving, and arts and crafts of Kainantu, Eastern Highlands, and Papua New Guinea.
The centre is a lasting legacy of the late Muriel Larner, its founder. Her ashes were buried in Kainantu on July 15, 2024, next to her late husband Wally, marking a heartfelt tribute to her contributions.

Some top students that got the same cut off marks in the grade 10 examinations (to be selected to National Highs) are doing their grade 11 and 12 in the secondary schools. They have to be fair and don't give scholarships only to the national high school students.
The STEM syllabus is only available at the six national schools of excellence. The best students at the six schools - Sogeri, Kerevat, Aiyura, Passam, Wawin and Port Moresby - take up STEM.
A national investment in education is a lifetime of benefits for this country❤.

I wish there was more jobs here in PNG. Sending students to study overseas is quite an expensive exercise given huge costs involved. Also, a proud moment for the students and their families. Onus is on PG Gov to work around the clock to create more jobs.

If I was working in Lae, I would volunteer to teach computing on a seasonal basis. We need to do more to support such initiatives.
