Correction: You said he knew of the consequences before he exposed the world to the formula. That's not true. It was not until after the formula spread around the world and they did more experiments with another graph that they discovered that the town of La Plata had a higher than normal rate of senility and Alzheimer's. He expected the effects of the formula to gradually taper off, but instead it kept increasing.

I am not a fan of nightmare on elmstreet 3 .the only 2 that does it kinda for me is 1&2.

I liked everything about it except not showing that first kill & the monologue into a nothing ending, the ranger said giving the locket back won't do anything.

Managed to see this in the cinema one random weekday afternoon. Just me and a bunch of pensioners on a lovely day out. Well F-me this movie nearly took a couple of them. I really enjoyed this movie but maybe one of the most uncomfortable experiences ive had in the cinema. When it came out on physical media i accidentally bought it on Blu-ray with no English subtitles so still hoping some label in the UK releases it.

Either you're not use to watching movies with subtitles or you somehow missed it, you say you have no idea how the baby got killed by the coffee table. They made it pretty clear the main character put the baby on top of the coffee table he assuming it's strong enough to hold the baby. If I were him and someone told me the glass is unbreakable I still wouldn't risk putting a baby on top of that. I thought it was really dumb of the main character to do that.

I love corny movies every once in a while

So what did you end up thinking of Planet of the Apes? It was my 3rd most anticipated movie of the year personally and I really liked it. I just saw Pearl for the first time is why in randomly commenting on this old video lol.

Basically annoying, erratic and unscary! I will say this there was only one part that cracked me up that was not quite close being over 😄😆😂

AWFUL & TERRIBLE HORRIBLE FILM 2 /10 it was so boring & not scary.... I should've watched BAD BOYS 4 film for the 3rd time instead of this 💩 film THE EXORCISM 💩 it was just so terrible......

I know this movie is derivative but I found it to be pretty ok. I was picking the red herrings out as it went along but I didn’t call out the actual antagonist. Maybe I’m just a moron 😂

This really wasn't that good to me. Slow burns are just not my forte when it comes to thrillers/horrors if I feel like there isn't much content or story to make it feel worth it to be slow. And this is where I sat for most of the movie. When I had 20 minutes left, I just stopped watching. The husband and sister/girlfriend just irritated me and took me out of the entire movie as well. I honestly would not have cared about the huband being annoying if the sister/girlfriend wasn't there and it wasn't slow.

I still think Part 2 is my favorite however this was good, I liked it! 👍🏻

Cant agree more with her take. Loved it. Also think it sets up more for a prequel than a sequel with the father of the ranger scene. So very very well done. Im an arthouse fan, not much into Friday the 13th films. i love my vibes film and this definitely served it for me. the way you put it, it's a great background film. where would u rank it among this director's other films like the void?

I saw the Paper Man, 1972, & the elevator in a fully automated E- building cuts a woman iin half.Back then, this movie was scaty.

I watched once, it seemed like an okay movie. Then I watched an explanation video, not because I didn't get the ending, but because a lot of scenes didn't make sense at first. Then, I kid you not, watched it 4 times in 4 days. I think this is my favourite movie of all time. It was nice of you to compare it to Session 9, because I watched that as well, thoroughly enjed it too ❤

I used to go to one of the Casino movie theaters every year to watch these. I remember really loving " Seconds Apart." It was about identical twins who had the ability to make people self delete themselves

Okay I came all the way back here to leave this review! Finally had a chance to watch this. And..... I thought it was better than I was expecting. She actually took the book and built upon it. She made it a little creepier and added some cool things. Not a total shit show

I loved how they still managed to tell a small emotional human story amidst the big chaos. This could have been an easy generic action movie cash grab but they told a personal story instead. I love that.

Had a good time with it. Each section had a different vibe. I did go in blind too. The anthology aspect didn't hurt it for me, because when Nathan discovers the child in hell, my question immediately was: "Why is she here?!". And the movie answered it in a nice unexpected way. The second/third one was good too. Totally different vibe. The wrap around was the only part that was a little to clumsy against the other two segments. The Nathan story had nothing more to tell us. We know why he ended up there. It just wasn't shown.
