EGG GREEN MASALA CURRY HEALTHY COOL & DELICIOUS TO EAT#greenmasala #eggcurry#healthy #deliciousfood
When you're bored with Fish or Meat & then prepare Green masala curry & drop Eggs in it. After 50years of age we must eat 1egg per day to balance the protein & good supplement for our body.
Healthy Egg Green masala curry. Anyone can prepare it easily & serve it to their family.
Ingredients:
•6 - 8nos Eggs
"A" Roast it in little oil
*1-2 bunch Coriander leaves
*1/4 bunch Mint leaves
*2nos Onions
*2 Big Tomatoes or 3medium
size
* 4-5big Bujji Chillies or as per
your spice taste
* 1/2" Ginger
*6-8 Garlic Cloves
*10nos soaked Cashews
*1-2tsp oil to roast
"B"Spices to be dry Roast:
*1& 1/2tsp Coriander seeds
*1tsp Cumin seeds
*1tsp Fennel/soump seeds
*4-6nos Peppercorns
*1/4tsp Mustard seeds
*1/4tsp Turmeric powder
*1/2" Cinnamon stick
*3-4nos Cloves
*1no big black Cardamom
*3-4nos green small
cardamom
*1/8pc Nutmeg
*1/4pc Javethri
*1tsp Poppy seeds
*1no bay Leaf
To be fry:
*1small chopped onion
*1tbsp Ghee or Oil
Method:
1. In a Pan dry roast the above mentioned in "B" all spices on low flame till aromatic keep aside
2. Add oil in the Pan & roast Onion till little soft, add Green chillies, Ginger, Garlic, saute, add Coriander leaves mint leaves cashews & add Tomatoes cook it till soft by adding 2tbsp little water cover lid & cook it till tomatoes soft.
3. Cool it completely add Turmeric powder & grind into fine paste. Grind spices into powder & set aside.
4. In a Pan or Kadai add Ghee & fry 1chopped Onion till slightly brown. Add grounded masala roast it for 2mins add sufficient water & keep curry medium consistency thick, add salt to taste & give a good boil for few seconds. Keep the flame low.
5. Crack Eggs in separate bowl one by one & drop it on the green masala curry, keep the flame low cover lid & let it cook for 5mins.
6. Check the Salt & Spices. Egg Green Masala curry is ready to serve.
Serve it with Roti, Chapathi or steamed Rice or Fried or Jeera Rice.

    CHANA METHI/FENUGREEK MASALA SUKKA. Healthy anyone can prepare it easily. Eat it with Rice, Roti or Neer Dosas. *Ingredients: *1cup Black Chana *2 bundles Methi leaves *1tsp Mustard seeds *1/2tsp Cumin/Jeera *Few Curry leaves *2nos Green chillies chopped *1/2" Ginger finely chopped *10-12 Garlic Cloves chopped *1/2tsp Turmeric powder *1tsp Coriander cumin powder *2-3tsp Sambara Pitto or 2tsp Bafath powder *1/2tsp Hing/ Asafoetida *2nos big Onions chopped or 12-15 small sambar Onions *3nos Tomatoes chopped *Salt to taste *2tbsp Cooking Oil or as required *1/4cup Coriander leaves *Small piece Jaggery/ optional *Method: 1.Soak Black Chanas overnight or for 6-8hrs. Pressure cook it with sufficient water & salt to taste for 4-5 whistles, set aside. 2. Clean Methi/Fenugreek leaves nicely & keep aside. 3. In a Pan heat sufficient cooking oil, I used Coconut oil. Add Mustard seeds Cumin seeds let it splutter add Curry leaves add chopped Green chillies, finely chopped Ginger & Garlic saute. Add chopped Onions cook it 2minutes. Add Turmeric powder, Coriander cumin powder, Sambara Pitto or Bafath masala mix it well add hing, add chopped Tomatoes & cook it till soft. 4. Add Methi/Fenugreek leaves mix well add salt to taste, cover lid & cook it for 3mins on slow flame. Add cooked black Chanas check salt mix it well cover lid & cook it for 5mins on slow flame. Garnish with Coriander leaves. 5. Serve it with Rice, Roti, Chspathi or Neer Dosas. Prepare it & enjoy it with family and friends.

It lowers Cholesterol. It's very Healthy millet consuming is very good & avoid for several diseases. Specially for Diabetic patients it's a healthy version regulating blood sugar. Ingredients: *1cup Pearl Millet *1&1/2cup Dosa Rice or any Rice *3/4cup Urid Dal *1tsp Methi seeds *Salt to taste *Water *Oil or ghee (1/2 cup Fresh Coconut optional) Method: 1. Wash Pearl Millet 3-4water, soak it for 4hrs (or overnight). Wash Rice, Urid dal, Methi/Fenugreek seed soak it for 3hrs. 2. Grind first soaked Pearl Millet & add urid dal, rice, Fenugreek together with sufficient water till fine batter. 3. Transfer into a deep bowl or any big container, beat it well do not add water keep the batter thick to Ferment overnight or 8-10hrs. 4. After Fermentation add salt to taste mix well. Heat a Pan on slow flame apply oil wipe it sprinkle water wipe it, pour a Laddleful of batter & spread it thin evenly. Fry it till crispy. 5. Second type Dosas can prepare it heat pan apply Ghee or Oil add 1&1/2 laddleful batter cover lid and fry it on medium flame, can flip it & fry it set Dosas or without flip can fry it as Saada Dosas. 6. Serve it with Chutney. Eat at Morning breakfast or at Teatime or as a Dinner time. Tips: use Pearl Millets mostly in Winter & Rainy Seasons or can use less amount in summer season. 2. Very good Millet for Weight loss
