Come on Brad who’s paying you lol? Weekend wait. To get on ferry can be up to 3 hours both ways. Whidbey is great to live but weekend visitors we are not keen on you who drive over here. The litter. Internet on Fridays till you all leave is sketchy at best! Come buy a place. Want to trash it and be rude please go to Ocean Shores. We’ve got zero exciting things for teens. At all. If speed limit says 25 it’s 25 if it says 15 it’s 15! Heavy deer activity’s in those areas and highway one way each way. DON’T pass. Visitors come here to unwind please slow down. You will be welcome when you respect our laws. Oh and after summer visitors we roll up our roads by 8 pm includes restaurants.

Whidbey island is great. I was there with the Navy. We used leave work and go out the back gate and go fishing regularly. Captain Whidbey inn is worth a visit. Fort Casey.

I'm arrived here 50 years ago. When I retired from the Navy I stayed. It's heaven.

Just a quick warning to people who haven’t visited northern New Mexico before-make sure to stay hydrated. This place is a desert. Not a hot desert like Arizona, but a cold high desert like Mongolia. It can be warm in the summer and absolutely freezing in the winter (Taos is colder than Chicago and Boston on average; winter nights are like Minnesota). The lack of humidity will dry your skin out, and the sun can be really intense. Early summer winds can bring dust storms. It’s a beautiful place to visit (and live), the town and mountains are lovely, but it can still be challenging because it’s a desert environment.

This exquisite town deserves your outstanding narrative!

I’ve been going to Taos for five decades and have truly loved it. I would say my hometown of Fort Worth has quite a bit of culture.

What a wonderful video! The videography and narration were both superb! P.S. Growing up as a kid in Vancouver, BC in the 1960's & 70's, I always delighted in visiting Whidbey Island with my parents. I really need to get back there!!!

My daughter lives there. Her husband is stationed there. I took a trip to see them a year ago. Such a beautiful place. So different from, Williamsburg, VA, where I'm from. So quaint and a different all together. You can feel the chill laid-back vibe. Everyone was so friendly. Home to serious nature. This video brought back memories of my trip.

I started this channel because I was overwhelmed with Wadi Rum and cannot get it out of my head and heart. I'm a seasoned world traveler and have never fallen head over heels in love with a place and it's people before. I'm working on going back to stay. I don't know how that could possibly happen, but I dream about it over and over . I feel like all my travels were in order to finally find this place that weirdly feels like home despite home being as far from Islamic desert nomadism as I could possibly fathom.

I just returned from Lisbon the day before yesterday. I was in the the city for six days. We were at almost all of the sites that you have featured in this video. All I can say is you throw in a great deal of BS. I think you did some very creative editing and giving travelers a very unrealistic view of the city. Lisbon needs to be seen first as urban hiking. The hills, the stairs and the uneven pavement is, at best difficult. Yes, the city is very much worth your time and exploration but be honest with your viewers: it is not an easy city to tour.

The most beautiful place in the world! Went there in April 2023 for Semana Santa, going again in May 2024 and then again in September 2024. You just try and keep me away from it!! If any of you get the chance to go to Granada (or Sevilla or Córdoba) then try and go during Semana Santa - you will not regret it). Yes, book your tickets for the Alhambra and Generalife before you go - essentail in my opinion. I could spend all day every day in the Alhambra and Generalife, all Day! Just feel the essence of Andalusia in all of its glory. Take lots of bottled water with you (and a hat). Love everything you see, smell and touch. It is stunning in every respect.
