Hello. Please can you recommended yoga for severe upper and lower back arthritis. Also poses for all over body toning. And upper body strength and arm strength that will help with heavy lifting on a job.
Excellent explanation. I thought the body weight spread on both arms might be easier. The demo you showed here needs to hold the body weight all on one arm which seemingly very challenging. Side crow is just so much harder for me in terms of the weight balancing.

What do you suggest doing when cued for pistol squat in a class? Im very far away from it, but I can do most of the poses in the particular class. How can I modify and keep a smooth flow until im ready for the pose?

How about levelling with people and saying mistake number 1, not having a lot of strength in your core, shoulders, chest and triceps mistake number 2, not having Olympic gymnast level flexibility in your shoulders, otherwise there is no way you can put any of this into practice

Great video! I have just recently gotten back into yoga and love feeling the soreness in my abs from my session yesterday. I also weightlift and this will be so helpful for improving back strength
