افرین به سینا! فرزانه جان به گریه های سینا توجه نکن. بچه بخاطر اینکه چند ماهه توی این وضعیته؛ کمی دچار افسردگی شده. براش توصیح بده که هر چقدر تلاش کمتری برای راه رفتن بکنه؛ این روند به تاخیر می افته و مجبوره بیشتر گوشه اتاق بمونه. سعی کنه همینطور که نشسته پاهاش رو و زانوش رو باز و بسته کنه و یه تحرکی داشته. مثل نوزادی که تازه میخواد راه رفتن رو شروع کنه ، سعی کنه چهار دست و پا حرکت کنه .خودش کمی پاهاش رو ماساژ بده و خلاصه خودش ؛ کسیکه که میتونه بیشترین کمک رو به خودش بکنه. وبرای مادر اگر براش مقدوره کمرش رو با روغن؛ خوب ماساژ بده تا خونرسانی بیشتر بشه و از درد ش کم بشه. باید تشویقش کنید و بهش انگیزه راه رفتن بدید. موفق باشید❤
