There are some bad days & periods but not always. Summer will be bad once when students go home & kids go off school. But that's the time to work local base ( taxis delta/ alpha)... Drivers always complain but never leave the trade. It's not as it use to be but thats with every business& trade all around the world. Everywhere is bad because of many factors , wars, energy crisis, brexit, covid and so on. Cheers

With this £25 there is a lot of areas covered. I am not good with Kirkby, Netherton so I avoid that. Most of my life spent driving on South part of the city. I don't even use sat nav anywhere from Speke, Halewood, Woolton, Wavertree, Kensington, Tuebrook, city centre...

Whatever you say nothing will change your rating . Just call support and if you rememeber who it was??? Just say he/ she asked you to drive dangerously and off the route ... They make accusations we should do too. As I said nothing will happen even if you have cctv and send it to uber. They won't do nothing about it. Custumer comes first drivers are just numbers. Happened to all of us don't worry too much . I wouldn't worry at all it happens all the time

@@DriverDenny Yes they are very good & helpfull in Alpha office. Long time ago I spoke to Bradley I can only say good things. Settle company follow my channel just to see will I say something bad vs them. lol but they are ok , it's so funny . Can't complain they always been nice to me.

It means we both rated each other 1 star & our rating goes down. But nothing to worry to much . Only way to protect myself from getting one star is to press option to riders behaviour. In that case nobody gets rated even if I rate the rider. Sometimes everything seems fine but they rate drivers 1 star God knows why. Or driver gives passangers bad rating for no reason. Ii always say idiots are on both sides

If you have a car thats all you can do. Unless if it's like 6 seater registred than you can carry 6 and thats xl ... I have access to uber comfort with mondeo but still 4 passangers. Location preferences you can turn off certain areas if you don't want to go . I know from experience once I refuse/ ignore 5-6 jobs uber disconect me then I switch on again and need to do preferences again. Stupid feature I just take what I want don't even bother with preferences

Not sure about these types of uber I have been doing uber x all the time. I think it's pointless to buy bmw / audi 50k and transport people for small amounts. In Liverpool not many people use those services. Maybe London.

@Paul.46 Yes mate, waiting about 4 weeks now but was told it takes around 8 weeks so will be around the end of May, wish it was faster I will just have to be patient . Lots of Wolverhampton plates now as they get the badge in 2-3 weeks. Alpha told me to do Wolverhampton course at Albert Dock the pick badge up from Wolves, but wanted to have a local badge so went for Knowsley as they are the quickest in Liverpool area apparently.

@@neilparry6964That's correct Knowsley is best in Merseyside. LCC is worst . Register yourself with alpha& uber. Your area is good for alpha. Speke, Woolton, city centre, alpha is all over the place now. During summer months uber will be DEAD ! As students are off.
