I love going there,either with my partner or by myself.
This does not exist anymore
I went here today and what terrible customer service. There was one member of staff taking orders and 2 members of staff making drinks. They were extremely slow having constant conversations with each other to the point where they sometimes were stopping what they were doing. The wait was so long it took over 20 mins for them to get the order number before ours. They then made and gave drinks for people after us (orders were numbered in ascending order) and when I questioned where our drink was they didn't know. I said we paid for this drink and after some checking they had thrown the order ticket in the bin. By now we had waited for almost 30 mins and one of the members of staff making drinks thought it was appropriate to laugh. They did apologise afterwards but I can't see where the humour is in this. Awful awful customer service, unorganised, unfocused and rude. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Was the girl there East Asian?
That's Luton 😆 It's strange coz we don't usually get fit gyal like her here. We all too stick slim in LU1.
