How is this legal

I downloaded this game to see how the cell stage played out and it sucked. The entire progression is the same as in Spore and the cell designs, textures and some of the sound effects are stolen. They even stole the cutscene at the beginning where you unlock the spike. I didn't go into creature stage but I had a look at this video of it and it's just a generic mobile game. You can just buy the actual game if you have a computer.

I came here because of the “trending” game called **War of evolution**, an absurd copy that reminded me of my childhood playing spore, I thought it was a mobile adaptation, but at this point I see that it isn't, a stupid game, The first 5 minutes in the water phase was the same as Spore and I almost cried, but when the land arrived, the game was a tremendous piece of shit, but it managed to remind me of my childhood that I couldn't even remember, although it was a failure, always had a place inside me ❤

Don't download! I was playing it, spending money, becoming alliance leader. Deflo from DAG, world 11. Than a new version of the game was offered to me, I tryed downloading it but now I can't. Can't reach support and that after spend over 5 600€, many hours playing and building one of the biggest alliances in world 11! My members don't even know I can't log in and it's right before PvP Event. I'm disappointed!!!
