I can't emphasize how quiet these animals are. I turned my head to the left and... it was there! Munching on weeds. No warning sound at all. I couldn't tell if I was dealing with three yearlings or a mother and two yearlings. Three yearlings without a mother would be rare at that age - they would be 14-15 months old - but there might be an explanation. I'd have to see more of them to confirm. [Edit. Crazy looks like you live in a neighborhood, not way out in the woods. Hopefully, that bear doesn't get reported by someone and then destroyed by the state . Great video, very beautiful animals it's awesome to see how big mom is and how tiny those cubs are.

What a bear act - rodeo ready; mom's unfazed. She accidentally left some seed for the pretty cardinal. Patrick, thanks for making my day! I miss seeing cardinals🐦⬛ in So CA.
Motherhood can be so stressful, especially with three youngsters. And the weather is getting warm, too. But also Ruby did not become acquainted with you through coming to see you along with her mom and getting to learn how testing your reaction/throwing a tantrum doesn't work on you. So Ruby has a bit more wildness in her. This isn't the only time she has shown her temper and likely won't be the last. But she will learn what is/isn't appropriate with you and hopefully carry that knowledge around other humans she meets. She is at heart, a very sweet girl.

Sorry, but this is a bad habit your creating, if not for you, perhaps a child in the neighborhood, you can tell in the comments how far detached from reality some are , wrong day, wrong time, wrong bear, hmmmm, not good, their temperament can go 0 to 60 ,along with their speed, you know this, And a woman telling you to feed them ! Your not doing these bears a favor, just the opposite, Whisperer, no, someone WILL get hurt . You want to be responsible for that , I think not.
