Im not hearing supplementing sprouted peas with its DAO content...freeze drying them really seem to help.

I got histamine intolerance after second COVID vaccine, I couldn’t eat tomatoes, beef, drink red wine, later I couldn’t eat gluten and lactose containing foods, I got eczema, hot chest. When I ate avocado I got eczema. Then I started low histamine diet, I can breathe now, but my body still produces histamine, still have head pressure and feel bad. I don’t know what vaccines does to, but seems it makes harm to the body. 3 years later still can’t eat everything. Low histamine food and low oxalates help a little bit, but not 100%

This was extremely thorough thank you. It seems like to heal histamine intolerance, you need to heal your gut.. but taking probiotics usually flares symptoms, so you have to do it really slow. My main histamine intolerance symptom is terrible all over itching. Not like I need to scratch my skin, but like I'm being bite by misquotes.. Which then causes insomnia. My second symptom, is excess adrenaline, which also causes insomnia. I did a stool test, and found out I have a citrobacter overgrowth, which releases excess histamine. I'm doing everything this video says.. Something that's helped a lot with my flares is Microbiome Labs Mega IgG2000 and backing off the probiotics if I get too itchy and can't sleep (which has happened a lot.) I've heard this probiotic is really good for histamine intolerance, but it's also really expensive. I tried strict all frozen fresh meat, like Becky Campells book recommends (she healed her histamine intolerance) I wish that diet would've worked for me, it does for most. For me it causes severe constipation. So I can't do keto/carnivore ish diet, I'm really sensitive to lectins in grains, even gluten free, and I also have an oxalate sensitivity... so I'm literally eating mostly grapes, green juices, apples, cucumber, greens, vegetables, broccoli. Biggest thing is just low low histamine diet, and taking DAO..but I want to heal from this thing ASAP. I'm so over this.

I'm literally just finding out that perhaps all my diagnosis surrounding allergies could be a lie and that in fact (all) I have is Histamine Intolerance!! Since finding out about this, everything is making sense. Like every thing down to smallest weird symptom I get that nobody can explain. It will pop up out of nowhere and go again. So I'm watching tonnes of videos now to help me heal from this !!! 10 years of food I tolerances and allergies, I'm sooo done with it!

Do not take DAO alone but also take catalase because when DAO degrades histamine, it will produce H2O2, which can be bad for your gut. Catalase will degrade H2O2. And in this case, this is perfect.

A food allergie or intollerance? How about if I eat anything other than meat? Even salmon bites me back. Eggs don't like me either. Vegetables haven't been touched in over thirty years as they nearly crippled my mind and body. But six years ago I developed urticuria and noting, not even antihistamines help. Just trying to eat something else is always a bloody disaster and it's not my imaginaton. While I can and do consume cream in coffee and manage to get away with it, I can eat butter, pure butter and lard. I cannot, consume milk, or other milk products. They severely restrict movement in my legs, pain is an understatement. While I can avoid all other things, I still have a hell of problem with Urticaria. For some reason the slightest thing brins it up.

Very informative, my main issue is the itchy skin after eating and especially after taking a shower , have to take an antihistamine before or I will itch badly for an hour after.

Soooo you have to take antihistamines to deal with the symptoms and the medication is now reducing the DAO that you need to correct the problem?! Whaaaaa??? That's why I take Chinese herbs. lol

Would you help me? I suffer with urticaria and meds don't work (as I have been prescribed antihistamines) before, and they've only made the problem ten times worse. The only relief I get is from bi-carb which I rub into the area with a wet hand when I can reach it. I've been putting up with this for years and it's really getting me down.
