My knee is doing good, thank you. I feel like I can do just about whatever I want with it, even squatting. My flexibility is almost back to where it was before surgery. Thanks for watching. I have some outstanding videos coming up where I talk about hiking and my knee. God bless.

@user-fx5uw9qz8b I do hamstring stretches, a hurdlers stretch, and while lying on my back I brung my foot as far back as I can, get a good bend and flex in the knee. I’ll also try to squat as low as I can. Those seem to help me a lot.

The tour made us realize why Airstreams cost more than other campers. I’d love to have the Caravel 22 foot, but someone would have to buy one for me AND supply a tow vehicle for my ministery. But reserve a tour time online and go through the museum. It’s so cool. Enjoy.

Doing great. Getting a little more flex in it. I think I’m now about 135 degrees.

There’s some pain, but it was manageable. My knee ached more than hurt, if you know what I mean. They give you a pain block during surgery that lasts about 36-48 hours. Then they also gave pain meds. I used those at night. That’s when my leg hurt most. It seemed like it was wherever my bedsheet would touch my skin around my knee, that’s where it hurt. Sleeping is hard for a few weeks. But it never hurt so bad that I couldn’t walk or get relief. I hope this helps.

My cat did that for me. He knew my knee was sore and wouldn’t bother it at all until it was well.

My knee is doing good. Slipped on a trail today and hyper flexed my knee. If scared me at first, hurt a little, but I was okay in a few minutes. Do it’s going good.

Just take it easy, take your meds, and keep up with the physical therapy. The first couple of weeks is rough, but it gets better. I’ll be in prayer for you for you doctor for a successful surgery and a quick recovery. God bless.

How did it go?

@sarKAZm19 It was rough the first few weeks. But I’m now 5 1/2 months out and can hike 6 miles and my flexibility is almost back to pre-surgery flex. I have lots of videos about my journey available on CZcams.

@@sarKAZm19 this is my 13 th day after my surgery,the 1st and 2 nd day was the worst painful,glad I stayed at the hospital,they were very helpful,3rd day I was discharged,stayed at the hotel for rest which helped me recuperate exercising at the hallway and going up the stairs,I am at my 13th day now,it’s still sore,but I take my medication,I can walk on my own,though the therapist said I need to used the walker to practice balance ,I also use the cane occasionally,I can climb 5steps on the stairs normally.i am happy with the results of my knee replacement.

@marjoriecadanilla7546 Awesome. Congratulations. It’ll only get better. Sure, there’s a lot of physical therapy, but it is so worth it. Keep up the stretches and walking. That’s very important. The more you use it the better it’ll get and will help the healing.

Gonna be back there in a couple of days. So looking forward to it.

It’s been so hot here. I think it’s supposed to hit 106 today. No rain for a couple of weeks, and then it was only about 10 minutes long. My knee feels good. It get stiff and I stretch it, but it feels good.
