    從大門到整幢樓房的設計都有點怪，一副中不中西不西的模樣，整體的設計和環境與其說像住家，倒不如說像紀念館或是禮儀殯館之類⋯ 中國大陸在房屋和庭院設計方面，還是落後國外一段好大的距離，建議不妨參考美國、歐洲或是日本等地的住宅大廈的設計和理念，或者，好好研究一下中國的傳統建築和庭院設計吧。

    全用大理石有点土，像一个乡镇宾馆。西方有钱人的房子也一般多用木头，木质地板，只有厨房厕所某些地方用石头。石头冰冷，没有温馨感，还有一定的辐射性。
