It's like having someone read a click bait website, as well as read all the pop up ads that appear. Not much useful information to pick out of all the unwanted ads. Also, the presenter does not cite his sources.
The point of EQP is to make more money when you make a sale. There are plenty of very good suppliers with great products and EQP. Yes, you should sell your service and marketing and not be a product pusher but once you do why not be rewarded with a higher margin. The suppliers you bring are great but there other suppliers who carry similar items that are of great quality and EQP. You mention Sunjoy, Tomax is a great supplier and many times will give you EQP. Plenty of more suppliers I can go through.
The average distributor will starve spending all his time matching or beating the large online sellers. Our market niche is "competitive" and fair pricing (not beat everyone pricing) and service - service -service. I really don't want a customer with a "Walmart" mentality. There is no profit & no customer loyalty because you aren't selling them the service they can't get online.

I agree with this.....it is more about the product and the service. That is what I try and sell my customer.
