Why do you recommend 3 of the most difficult classes in Lost Ark (Arcana, Surge Deathblade and Soulfist) to new players? They all have a very high Skill ceiling and they feel terrible without the right Runes, without a full Relic Set, without the proper Accessories/Gems and especially without enough raid knowledge... Yes, most of the recommendations are very powerful (damage whise), but damage isn't everything. If you start with Lost Ark, it's way more comfortable to play a class that doesn't need that much setup (Tripods, Gems, Runes, High Spec etc.). High Mobility, Swiftness or tanky classes, with simple rotations are perfectly suitable for beginners! Your video is starting very good, you ellaborate well, when you talk about the Aeromancer, that you can learn the raid pretty good, because Aeromancer is super mobile, has good range, good synergy and even shielding skills. A class like that makes learning a new raid, a lot easier! Lost Ark today has more classes which are very solid, mobile and/or easy to play. - Predator Slayer - Mayhem Berserker - Taijutsu Scrapper - First Intention Wardancer - Sharpshooter - Pistoleer Deadeye - Support Paladin (highly recommended to have at least one support character in your roster) - Blue Gunlancer Both Transformation classes (Demonic Shadowhunter & Evolution Maschinist/Scouter) are also simple but solid classes to learn the game while being very strong in the early stages of the game (up until ilvl 1540).

i just started the game and i am having truble i picked soul eater but never got the options to pick full moon harvest or night's edge how do i choes one or how do i change it? plz help

learning souleater nights edge and these class specific raid walk throughs are great. hoping you do more to show us how to leverage our class better per raid/gate situations. question: did you try vestige to get across the yellow mech wall yet (brel g3)?

SO little note. if you play This build. Your Z form state DOWN SIDE of damage.Cuz you have a just 2 GREY realy upgraded and focused on damage skills. You must enter in Z form when you realy can not do damage.Cuz most of damage comes from PINK skills. And you almost can not do rotation mistakes in this build. But exist another Build. its 5+3. 900 swift + 1400 Crit and Mana Set.Player wana be in mana regen state as much as can for CDR. When you have 4 fully upgraded Grey Skills(Thrashing,Lethal Spinning,Harvest) + counter attack on lvl 4. No raid captain to put more damage to Lunatic Edge tripod. No vestige(another pink skill). you switch pink skills for NON back attack tripods in first Tripods row .and CDR tripods on Green tripods .In this build Nigth edge do literaly more damage but have Higher Skill cap. Cuz most of your damage be from Z form state Grey Skills and you just can not waste it or enter when Boss mechanics starts. BUT rotation more easy and player can do mistakes.

why not use scaffold tripod for Guillotine in this gate. Boss not going anyway :D. I realize that on souleater, having more presets is better cuz there are a lot of good tripods and choices to make depending on the boss

I like 413 but I chose 422 cuz you get to use astaros, hes just a fun skill to use.

Very informative video! Thank you! I recently switched to 413 after using 422. I think 422 is good it’s very forgiving if you miss your skills. I also put Quick Recharge rune on Rusty Nail since you can cast it twice, then I put Bleed rune on Harvest. I agree with your thoughts on Vestige, it’s such a good skill to position and to go into ghost form so that guillotine cool down can be refreshed ASAP.

I'm also surprised im enjoying the class as wel 😅 Might consider switching main *copium*

i feel like the full moon is very chill and easy, as long as you dont miss your skills when you press z (which is obvious i guess). but i dont like the tripods that full moon uses on the pink skills, charged skills and slow skills etc. i like the fast tripods on NE. 413 nightmare is just too much fun too. if you wanna go NE and nightmare 413 is too hard for you ( cause it can get really awkward), play 422 hallu build. its much more simple and chill imo, or maybe try out a full swiftness hallu build with like 512 or 503(not sure about this one), been hearing its underrated. Just got back into LA after quitting for 7 months. I'm usually a swift enjoyer, is it viable to run Night's Edge on higher swift side. and maybe throw in ADR? thnx

my main reason for picking nights edge was because the skills look better 😌

made one, class is too braindead for the damage it does, its crazy

you still run the end awakening on 413 simply because it does more damage and has a shorter animation, using the other awakening will mess up your rotation because ideally you'd use a pink skill with 3 shards but that puts a pink skill on cd before your initial builders so might as well take what does more damage which is better for atropine windows/boss staggers etc etc

I find nights edge pretty fun. Didnt want to play the "popular" version. But i actually see quite a good split of the 2. Im currently trying 422 though. At first i thought it was a little clunky and awkward, but the more i play it, the more smooth and fun it gets. Im sure im nowhere near optimal rotation, and mainly just feeling it out

You know, as a player that Started on Feb8 2022, and simply burned my self to no end by the week Vykas Patch was to drop, I have one advice, Until we get confirmation that our servers are on "normal progression speed" relax with all the end-game race to No.1... Reasons: Firstly, our client will NEVER be on the same pace as KR server patch releases. simply because they tend to release patches there, test things out and fix before releasing globally. KR players are the Beta testers for us. Secondly, this is an mmo and all I see is people playing the game as if it's a sandbox or a moba. They tend to be in a rush for things. Fast this, Fast that. Like, if you can't dedicate 2 hrs of your day to clear a raid, instead you expect in 1hr to do 6 chars... we have an issue there don't we..? In general, take your time with the game, Gold River stated this on his Interview the day before Wester release. if you take the time to build a solid roster of 4-6 chars. and make sure to limit your self there. The game becomes more Enjoyable, take your time, learn raid mechanics then challenge your self to crate and lead those raids. eventually you will find people who would like to play with you, especially if your time schedules meat. Join discords, and make friends (at least thru that lol) trying to be the solo bolo hero in an MMO that requires at least 3 or 7 more (depending on content) is boring (to put it politely).

I quit after Vykas, just before clown launch, spent so much time and energy doing horizontal content (almost maxed them all including rapport). If those new jump start servers provided atleast all skill potions/biofrosts/wealth runes I would come back to the game 100%. Just thinking about doing the horizontal content all over again makes me sooo sick. Jump start servers are definetly a good idea but for me and for my friends which I played with and asked to come back the struggle to do that stuff all over again is too exhausting. Hopefully maybe in few months they will make more suitable solution for me and my folks.

Wait skills go to Lv11?? what does it do beyond the first 10 you put into it for the tripods?

One caution about Robust Spirit Soulfist - the playstyle may not be for everyone. When you run out of hype and are waiting for it to recharge, you're literally doing almost nothing. And I'm glad you touched on how it feels to pop hype, then energy release...and something keeps you from being able to complete a rotation. It just feels awful.

Smilegate has patched the bidding and trading! We should be good to run raids, abyss dungeons, challenge abyss dungeons, and argos! If you want to double check try to see if you can use the market place and trade with players.
