I am very impressed by Captain Ed. So many giant bass over so many years and such a great attitude about life. There are a tiny number of people that have caught a legit 70-pounder. A much smaller number than those that have claimed to 😄. It's music to my ears that he caught so many big ones in Winthrop and Lynn where I fish. In the 80's I could often be found out on the Five Sisters or on the last jetty on Shore Drive. I had a few get away there that may have been giants. Seeing this has got me fired up for the upcoming season. Captain Ed, my hat is off to you sir!
