It made My skin three shades darker and it took almost 15 months to somewhat lighten back to My normal honey Brown skintone from three shades in spots darker than the rest of My body on My face not performed by this person but in Texas. Women of Color beware of unwanted darkening due to Microneedling. I will never do it again. Mandelic Acid is the only thing that has helped to lessen the damage of the micro injury to My Beautiful face😢
