Boat transportation is one of the great things about being on property. It's great when you see and hear the boats while on vacation

We went there in January this year. To me it felt like Disney just threw a bunch of furniture up there that they were going to throw out. They weren't damaged but Nothing really matched. As a place to sit when it's hot it's out of the way. Once you get into World showcase, forget about going back to rest. It feels like Disney had this space that was available and decided to charge DVC members for it.

Compared to other luxury resorts those rooms are SO small and outdated. Parking lot out one window, road out the other. I was there in 2000 in different village but looks like not much has changed with lodgings.
The thing it has going for it is low points. Not a bad deal for (9) points/night in value season. There are other places I'd rather stay at. - Mike

Been fortunate enough to stay there twice as my nephew is in the USAF. It’s up there in my list of favorites. Although now that they have closed the walkway to the Poly it is less convenient than it used to be.
I stayed there back when it was the Disney Inn and loved it then. It's a fantastic resort. - Mike

I think the renovation created a better use of the space than before, but these are actually among the smaller DVC studios. Definitely a successful reburb. Same appointments as Riviera. I like it a lot.
It was our first time staying there and we loved it. The murphy beds just add so much room. We'll certainly be back. - Mike

We pay for two. It's 'all you care to enjoy' so they bring to food to your table and bring you more and and more when requested. - Mike

@@wdwbtg let’s just start with the ones I have stayed. Lol All star movie music sports / Pop / Riverside / French quarter / Coronado / wilderness lodge. But I’m afraid wilderness ruined it for the rest. Lol I’ve got a lot more to go.
Wilderness Lodge is a great resort. It will tough going back to the values after a stay there. - Mike

It really only takes about 8-10 minutes. A lovely walk to/from the Carriage House is worth a relaxing stay at the Treehouse Villas.
Definitely just jumped up on my list.
My cousin is staying in the Treehouse Villas in December and I am going to crash the party. Can't wait for a tour. - Mike
Disney has announced they’re canceling the ‘Tree of Life Nighttime Awakenings’. My guess is they’ve pulled out the calculators and realized when everyone in the park has dropped what they’re doing to watch the show they’re not spending money.
