Update: my Kuberg Ranger was bought in December of 2021. Nearly every part has come loose or fallen off. Rotors, calipers, fenders, handlebars, headset, seat, dropper seat lever, motor, axle, chain tensioner, and the kill switch comes loose and stops working. I paid $10,000 for it and it is consistently broken or falling apart. I can’t sell it because there’s no odometer or clock and nobody trusts it. Nobody even knows who Kuberg is. Finally, my motor failed and is frozen stuck. Their warranty is only 3 months. You have to pay extra for a 12 month warranty. I paid $10,000 for a bike that didn’t even last 6 months. I have a paper weight that falls apart and a fried motor I can’t do anything with. Avoid this bike at all costs. You WILL regret it. You will also experience the worst customer service when trying to repair it. Kuberg Europe simply does not ever respond. You need to go through Kuberg California or Florida and even then, good luck.

A Kuberg with the same performance as a Sur Ron costs $10,000…
Yea, for it to make sense it should cost 3.500
You spend $4.5k on a Sur Ron and then need to spend $5k+ to upgrade to get the same specs as a Ranger. Plus all the time invested into upgrading the bikes.

Here’s an update: I have a Ranger. It has broken multiple times. Average wait time for parts has been about 3-4 weeks. Kuberg in Europe has NEVER responded to my emails or messages. Kuberg California is fucking useless. They simply reach out to Europe and then never respond. I had to order from Kuberg Florida to get parts and it took nearly two weeks for parts to ship. Yes, I’m on Oahu and shipping can be delayed. But Amazon continuously has shipments within 2-3 days. And Sur Ron parts have come within the same week. Kuberg has MAJOR quality control issues. And their customer service is non-existent. Highly recommend a Sur Ron or Talaria Sting over this overpriced garbage with zero customer service or available parts.

Nice bike, I really want one.. But I'm not interested untill you can do simple engineering fixes like having the swing arm NOT hit the motor when the suspension bottoms out, that's unacceptable build quality in my opinion. It was time for a version 2 before you sold version 1. Also I hear your fork choices are cr*p, those Dorado's don't last, but that's more acceptable to me, although for the price, I think you should also choose better.

TRASH. Any wonder why Sur Ron videos get millions of views and Kuberg gets MAYBE a few thousand? And that’s being generous. This got 160….
Fuck this bike. $10k. No headlights. No taillights. No o-ring chain or even a master link. No changing ride modes on the fly. And apparently no customer service. Took me 2 weeks to get a response for parts after my bike broke down. Kuberg Europe doesn’t even respond at all. Mechanics at the shop I got mine said EVERY Kuberg they’ve sold has had issues. Mine has had issues EVERY ride. Front rotor fell off. Rear rotor got warped and damaged after the rear caliper fell off. The rear fender fell off. The kickstand snapped in half. The chain tensioners always come loose. The loose chain caused my sprocket to lose all its teeth. Oh and the kill switch doesn’t work. But sometimes it does. But mostly doesn’t. Absolute garbage. Avoid this company at all costs. You’re screwed once you own this. For reference, I have a 14kw Ranger I paid $10k for. Two weeks later, I couldn’t even sell it for $5k. Nobody wants these. Nobody is willing to pay for them. You’ll have a bike that constantly breaks and can’t sell for shit. And then you have non existent customer service in Europe. Then you have piss poor customer service in California. Don’t buy. Trust me.

The quality on these is piss poor. Don’t waste your money. Ranger costs $10,000. Can’t easily remove the battery. No headlight. No taillight. Can’t easily read the battery percentage unless you stop and wait to get an accurate reading. The adjustable seats sucks and will come loose and become rattly and not stay down all the way. The brakes suck and my rotors have fallen off or warped and bent in half. There’s no speedometer. You can’t change ride modes without stopping and taking lots of time. For all the money you spend, you really don’t get much. The motor is powerful and pulls hard to 50. But a modified sur Ron controller can pull just as hard if not harder and battery upgrades are much simpler. Hell, you can just swap batteries and have spares. Maybe a Gen 2 will fix all these issues for a lesser price. But these are prohibitively expensive and can’t even compete with a Sur Ron in terms of cost, features and upgrades. Also, my Ranger fell apart the week I got it. It’s been broken down for over a month now waiting for parts from idiots that never answer emails. I just get bounced around to multiple people. It took WEEEEEKS to finally get someone to get me going through the warranty process. JUST GET A SUR RON.

9 years and this is the trash you sell? The Sur Ron stomps this bike into the ground and it didn’t take 9 years. My Ranger is THE worst bike I’ve ever owned. Can’t sell it. Can’t return it. Kuberg won’t answer. Kuberg California hasn’t answered. EBikes Hawaii (the dealer that sold it) refuses to help. Fuck this bike. Fuck this company.
Worst bike I’ve ever owned. For starters: it costs $10,000. Just get a Sur Ron. It has no headlights or taillights. You have to it extra. Just get a Sur Ron. The chain is loud and there is no master link or o rings. Just get a Sur Ron. The battery/batteries aren’t removable. Just get a Sur Ron. The key is a cheap shitty treadmill magnet. Just get a Sur Ron. The seat sucks. Just get a Sur Ron. My front brake rotor just fell off while riding. By rear rotor somehow got bent and damaged the caliper. The floor board came loose. The floor board has little screws that act as grips/spikes for your shoes. Mine are falling out. The killswitch sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. Good luck. Hope you don’t ever need it. It comes with cheap, awful Kenda tires and tubes ans they’re not balanced AT ALL. The bike can do 50mph but it will whobble really bad. My brakes failed due to air in them and I almost hit a fence. My rotor fell off and almost caused an accident. My rotor bent and caused some issues. My kickstand broke off. My wheel spacers broke or fell off? My axle is now bent. Oh, and my fender is falling off and missing screws. Save your money. Buy a Sur Ron.

Were you hoping for a belt drive? My understanding is that belts are a no-go for offroad. Too easy to slice on a rock or in a crash. Maybe there's something else out there you're referencing.
The chain is VERY loud and there is no master link. The Sur Ron has a o ring chain and is quiet and nice. I’m trying to return my broken Ranger for a Sur Ron.

It can barely hop logs without scraping really bad. My Sur Ron had a bit more clearance. And half the cost.

@@ifelohslefthand1423 yup. And the worst part is, RESELL value. I can't even sell my $10,000 Ranger for $5k. And I can't prove the miles/hours so there's no way to tell. Which means people can assume it has 30k miles and low ball and I can't prove them wrong.

@@jirikosek6383 it's a great idea and design. Implementation is poor. My rotors have fallen off. The rear fender fell off. The killswitch is faulty. The motor has come loose which loosens the drive chain. The chain tensioners came loose and so the chain ate the sprocket. My calipers fell off. The seat isn't comfy to sit on for more than 5 minutes. No headlights. No tailights. No removable battery. No easy to change ride modes. And the WORST offense, no odometer or clock which drastically hurts resell value. If I was going to sell you a car or motorcycle, or dirt bike, you'd like to know the miles/hours. This doesn't exist on the Kuberg and makes it impossible to know how many miles are on it. And how far you've ridden. You also can't check the battery while moving. You have to stop and let it sit. A Sur Ron comes with all these features. And costs half. Just sayin. This czech bike is trash. Ovepriced for the piss poor features and quality. Also, customer service is non-existent.. It took me over a month to get a sprocket.

ride time is too small, ride charging takes forever and power is not enough compared to 500cc 2stroke.

I don't think this is a bike you would want if you already have a dirt bike, will feel like a downgrade, even a 4stroke 250 cc has more power and you can find one for 1200$ used almost anywhere, yea the maintenance is nothing on this electric bikes compared to the gas bikes but you can only use this bike for 1 hour a day, 30 minutes each ride, 4 hours each charge

Charge time is about 5-6 hours. It’s 130lbs with the dual battery. Oh and it’s $10,000 for the 14kw dual battery. Just get a Sur Ron.
@@krispewkrem3 You really enjoy trolling Kuberg, dont you? Charging time is not 5-6 hours, stop lying. You can charge from 10% to 80% in an hour and a full charge in 2 hours. To understand charging, you need to realize that things like this charge on a curve and so your last 20% typically takes you the longest. Range varies wildly depending on how you ride. If you are aggressive, you get about 25-30 miles, but if you drive very conservatively, you can get upwards of around 50. Yes, these bikes are more expensive than the SurRon, but you need to realize that the Ranger stock has significantly better performance than the SurRon. To get the SurRon to the same performance, you need to spend about $4-6k on upgrades. But even then, you are comparing two very different riding styles.

Look like fun but I don’t get it! A $ 5000 electric kick bike/bmx? My son started with the Kuberg Cross dirt bike, great for beginners but a bit pricey with low budget bicycle components and old school battery’s.
