No offense to any of them but they've got to be able to play the melody. I mean it ruins everything if everyones off on the rhythm of a song like "I'll be home for Christmas". I love the romantic chords in this but you've gotta be a perfect band to play this.

At school today, 11th grade (2 grades higher than me) were playing a bunch of Christmas carols and songs on their instruments (most of them being ones in this video, such as the flute, clarinet, drum, trumpet, saxophone, trombone, and the piano). They played this song and it sounded a bit like this. :3

I am lucky that my uncle who lives in another part of Poland is absolution of the Academy in Krakow and thanks to him I had a few opportunities to learn something new. Playing on the tablatures, my own version of the famous movie hit song showed me a simple way how to play the whole melody on known chords ... It was: C | F C | polish B(Bb) G | C C(7)| F G | C F | C G | C ... It was very easy to translate this full of positive western emotions, I will give only the simplest ones ... D | G D | C A | D D(7) | G A | D G | D A | D ... Logically further is, for example, depending on the type of additional instrument or possible singing, E | A | E | D | polish H (B) or more easy H7 (B7)| E E(7) | A | my easy H(7) or same B(7) | E | A | E | H(7)=B(7)| E ... Is it still the "root" F | B=Bb | F | Dis C | F F (7)| B=Bb C | F B=Bb | F C | F ... And the same logical sequence G | C | G | F D | G G(7)| C D | G C | G D | G ... This version is probably the simplest guitar because: A | D | A | G E | A A(7) | D E | A D | A E | A . Version from the Polish H means differently B sounded better on the crossbar, H(7) at the beginning of the neck gave a slightly distorted sound in relation to the original, in the further part of the melody H(7) already sounds acceptable ... H=B | E | H = B | A Fis | H=B H(7)=B(7)| E Fis | H=B E | H=B Fis | H=B ... It's possible to play it in the most common C-type harmonica ... 5 6 [6] 6 [5] 6 5 6 [6] 6 [5] [4] 4 [4] [4] 4 [4] 5 6 [6] 6 5 4 7 7 [6] 6 [6] 4 [4] 5 4 5 [4] 4 5 [4] 3 4 ...
