Wrapping each Blu Ray is a great idea. I had a manga collection in the past, and I left them in my parents humid basement and the pages all got warped and ruined. This idea would certainly prevent something like that especially with the cases that have paper or box sleeves.

Skipping "The" and "A" makes it much easier to find. Or so it seems I guess technically it doesn't really matter. So it comes down to if you want to have a huge "T" section due to every other title having "The" at the beginning. This also applies to CDs and vinyl records of band names that start with "The". Who puts their Beatles albums in the "T"s because they are "The Beatles". Bands like "Carpenters" technically never have "The" in front of the band name but many people think that "The" is part of their band name. Another conundrum about organizing titles is titles with numbers in them. Do you have a # section at the beginning of the collection or do you spell out the word for the number symbol? I guess it comes down to how the title is officially displayed. "12 Monkeys" the "Twelve" is in number symbol form so it would make sense to have it in a "#" section instead of the "T" section. where as "Thirteen Ghosts" is spelled out so it would go in the "T" section.
