Whenever I read about the Sesko rumors, I can't help but sing in my mind, Ooh that trade so scandalous...
Absolutely no doubts about the lad's talent, but as the guy's say he's a prospect and far from the finished article. Think the Ben and George covered the possible issues with the player himself pretty thoroughly, but if we put a big chunk of our summer war chest into Sesko and want to win the league next season we're basically gambling on several things: That he's going to quickly adapt to the EPL/Artetaball and become a realistic option this season, that Gabby Jesus is going to stay fit for the majority of the season and that Havertz is going to continue to deliver in the number 9 role (honestly I'm pretty confident he will but it needs to be said)
Good. More of these short breakdowns please
Has top speed like mbape... Air time like Ronaldo 😂😂.. Cool down bro
Been so busy and missed getting this show in
we are not a serious club if we keep talking about this kind of players... sad reality
Nothing wrong with the move, all things considered including keeping within FFP guidelines and other areas where we need recruitment in.
@@marcjy5228 we need a Declan rice impact nothing less we all realize the difference impact between a player like Rice and players like fabio viera i rather bring one and only one high quality striker than 5 average or potential players to starts the season.
Yes! Love your breakdowns!! Thank you

Love your videos
An absolute banger of a show! Great guests great content 🤌
Woooow you got the legend George V!!!
Who knew FK's Pep impersonation is actually better than his Arteta one... I blame the shiny noggin' 😂
What is Keenan on about in the chat 💀
😂💀
Artetta is not Poch he wants to win all Trophies . The problem with Arsenal and Trophies is Quality Depth , and the ability to rotate without loosing to much . Last year we had a very good first team , at times we couldn't or wouldn't rotate Saka ,White ,Gabriel , Odigard, Saliba when they needed a break .
I would keep Ramsdale and ESR and sell the rest of the potential players on the transfer list. We need good depth for next season and maybe someone in that forward line should be converted to a backup be it Havertz or Martinelli. After watching City power their way to the end and Madrid glide to glory in the UCL. Even Bayern sweeping by us, along with a Partey replacement I hope we get in a world class forward. Left winger or striker someone who produces moments of brilliance like a Leao, Isak along that level of player. Sesko is good but right now we are one of the best teams in Europe and our competition is still a step a ahead we need someone we will take us a level up just like Rice did this season.

George knows what he's talking about, 100% I love how he corrects/addresses misquoting that spread like wild fire. One that has been majorly annoying me this season is people misquoting what Mikel said about substituting his goalkeeper
Get well soon Arsenal legend KC - PRAYERS FOR KC 🙏
You can't ignore his astronomical wages. He's a good player but just not worth it.
Brilliant episode, rueful to watch now knowing how it ended (especially Ro's take of Villa being the easiest game in our run-in, heh.), but loved the format and the joy and hope that was involved, can't wait to do it all again next season.
It’s just depressing knowing that Man United who were a laughing stock win a trophy and have the bragging rights over Arsenal
The real batshit signing has to be Leo Messi. So many reasons it doesn’t work but the magic would be worth it
Glad we didn’t have to go to VAR to check clear if he did finish the 10th one 😂 IMO MA needs to remain willing to experiment, or even be more willing. It’s not so much the changes that led to some points dropped (outside of outlier situations like the disgrace vs Newcastle), rather it’s the continued difficulty with mid blocks. When the opposing team has set up to remain stubborn in not budging, we just don’t have the unlock. Sticking to the same plan all season long IMO is not going to be the pathway to beating Pep to the finish line. It also breeds fear, stress into 38 games. AFC has long been at their best when creativity is flowing. Be free and fly IMO is the way to go. Being fixed is IMO a phase 5 thing. When you have your KDBs, Silvas bedded in, and the squad has had a number of trophy lifts. MA and Edu this summer IMO need to reinforce the squad to expand what AFC can deal with. Whether that’s academy promotion or signings. When teams try to match us (E.g. a Brighton type), we tend to outmatch them. So expanding to deal with mid blocks, and to continue to keep pace vs “top 6” IMO is the right play
Another point about cups, we need to learn to navigate cup competitions and how to play knock out football, this is something Arteta is yet to prove to me he can do, we were not good against Porto and Bayern, appalling vs west ham and certainly unlucky against Liverpool. We need to rack up them trophies now, this ‘project’ is due to be handed into the teacher!
Not to say we’ll do this in one window, but a certified LB, a left 8, solid backup for Rice and a striker is what we need. We need a pool of 16 top players to win the league. We currently have 11/12. City’s squad is very thin when they have a few injuries, but i truly believe their ability to rotate almost every week explains their good injury record.
Thank you FK and panel. For the whole season. Even if I cant catch the pod live, Ill catch a day or 2 later. At times, even a week after, if Im so busy. Thank you for all the laughs
My man. That’s so kind. Enjoy the summer!
FK, your batshit signing of Nunez will make you tear out the hair out of your bald head. 😂😂😂
I don't get it. Persons in the panel talking about Arteta should take the cups seriously, and we have a big enough squad. Didn't Arteta rotate a lot in the cups, and got knocked out? ESR had a MOTM against a depleted Luton side. Does that make him a shoo in to start the next match? He was one of the ones that was rotated in. He isnt a starter in this side.
I think the point is that a club of our size and stature need to be more competitive.
@@LatteFirm I understand. What I'm saying is that we rotated in the cups, but still got knocked out. Our squad is big, but that is number wise. Not quality wise. It didn't help that Timber and Partey, was out for almost the entire season.
As you guys sit there drooling over Man City and praising their run in, look at the team's they played none of them apart from Forest had anything to play for, honestly do me a favour...
Some of the panel saying that we cant be experimenting from game 1. But didn't Rice, Havertz and Timber started game 1? For now, those players would be considered the best starting 11. But back then, we didn't know if they would be considered that. Even when the season was on the way, many, many fans were saying that playing with Havertz is like playing with 10 men. So even then, some fans still didn't consider him a starter. And we do not know the issue with Gabriel at the start of the season.
Great season everyone. We go again in just a short few weeks. The league will be ours!
We can talk about players without calling them names. No need to change his last name to 'Trashford' to make a point.
Am sorry but the conversation in the boardroom is not that FA Cup and Carabao are our goals. You keep saying that Man City is the standard yet you say we should rotate like them without the spend or quality in depth like them!!! This team nissan built to Win the big 2. And if you believe Man U has had a better season than us, then next season, if we finish 8th and win the FACup are you satisfied? Wake up. We can't rotate as effectively as Man City. Simple. That's the area of improvement
Watched the stream this morning - sorry I couldn't catch you live. I enjoyed going and watching the highlights of those great moments this season! Enjoy the break
For the “no time for snacks” crew they start talking about Arsenal at 16:15 😂❤
you get a thumbs up for Verge
My fave moment was beating city at home for sure felt like the moment we went from the little brother to the man of the house
Elite lineup FK!
Laura is so spot on about Jesus. When we acquired him there was analytics that said based on his scoring output vs usage with man city we might be addding a dynamic goal scorer if we gave him a full time role. it has been utterly disappointing with availability and output
Next season is ours. I trust us to make the signings that'll help get us over the line.
All Hail the Almighty Algorithm ☯🔥
Last season felt for some reason worse than this year. I was not sure last season if we were maybe just another Leicester City in good form with one tournament to play. But competing this season and also making signings to do so (like Rice) makes me optimistic for next season. we have a consistently good team and the owners that believe in the manager and team. We go again next season I feel we will be better in all competitions. Last season we lost it. This season we had to be perfect second half of the season which was going to be impossible. Thanks for the shows season this was another good season to follow. We shall have our day in the sun eventually.
No, because of the financials. And we got Jesus at home.
YES, but I'd only pay £50m max
Liam gallagher replying to your tweets with cuckoo made me chuckle 😀
Yall talking rubbish. "Youre not as good as martinelli" what!?
Not for me. Makes sense from a Home Grown perspective but I think he would cost too much for what a risk is involved.
I admired him before but now not as much, I don't want him, he's not a difference maker any more and he has lost his motivation and for the price they want for him, we rather go for KUDUS, we need players that have ambition, arteta need to be serious and careful in this transfer window, his time is running out
We paid 65 million for Havertz and you lot were embarrassed, look now. I would take Rashford in a heat beat! He's just stuck in the wrong team. He can single handedly win games and we need match winners now more than anything
He is exactly what we are missing, pace, killer instinct.. rashford in our team structure will be devestating . Only mbappe is better than, there arent many profiles like them right now
nah, he's poorly motivated, and we can get KUDUS for less, we have alot of players on the left anyway
