1970 Chevelle 502 Big Block
Today we are driving a 1970 Chevelle with a zz502 crate engine from GM Performance. This car is a ton of fun and sounds as good as it looks! The ZZ502 was a crate engine available assembled from GM. It made 508hp and 580 ft. lbs of torque.

ML63 AMG Review and Pulls!
zhlédnutí 1KPřed 3 lety
This ML63 AMG is way faster than it looks. Sure, it wears an AMG badge, big bright red brake calipers, and sounds like its running a test and tune at a local dragstrip, but it still maintains a rather low profile. With 730hp and 880 lb-ft of torque, this Mercedes is ready to take the family for a ride and gap your local straight piped Camaro. I hope you enjoy this quick edit I put together.
The Internets Reaction to the 2JZ Mustang!
zhlédnutí 582Před 3 lety
This 1966 Mustang with a 2JZ swap sure is controversial! I will say, the love and support everyone showed was huge. However, some people had strong opinions on this build. In this episode, I laugh at myself with those people. Follow my Instagrams dylan_faner and KRP_Performance and go check out the post where the mustang broke the internet!
2JZ SWAPPED MUSTANG!!
zhlédnutí 4,2KPřed 3 lety
In this episode, we check out my new project. It is a 1966 Ford Mustang with a 2JZ swap. The mustang has more than just the heart of a Supra. It has nearly the whole chassis as well. This car is a 1966 Mustang with MK4 Supra front and rear subframes, front and rear brakes, front and rear control arms, both sway bars, rear diff, steering, etc... It is more accurate to call this car a Supra with ...
Turbo Trans Am Makes 36 PSI
zhlédnutí 282Před 3 lety
This 2000 Pontiac Trans Am made 715whp spinning on the dyno at 15 psi. It is a 6.0l with a Huron Speed Turbo kit and a 7875 Turbo. It rips and at this event no exotic stood a chance. A wastegate failure led to 36 psi of boost for multiple pulls. Luckily, the car was built and tuned well and it just kept making power. The 6.0l is an iron block with gen 4 internals and 243 heads ported and milled...
1 of 1 Barn Find Chevelle!!
zhlédnutí 22KPřed 3 lety
A quick adventure to find a 1 of 1 1971 Chevelle SS454 Convertible. This car is very rare and still in decent shape. It will most likely undergo a complete restoration. This Chevelle was special ordered by a dealer principle. It is a rare Chevelle because it is an LS5 (Big Block 454) convertible made in 1971. It is 1 of 1 because it is all these things and a special order paint code. This Cheve...

Sure is quiet. Must not have headers
What was done to the ML63 to jump up to 700+ HP? I have one myself and my is over 580+ HP I think the previous owner did something to the car. I found the MSRP paper in the glove department it was over 100k.
All im looking for is motor mounts or a kit to drop a 2jz into a 66 coupe 😫
What happened to the car? For sale?
IMHO even in stock form I can experience Pavarotti & Aerosmith in 1 reasonably acceptable package at reasonable (affordable) supercar maintenance rates 🏆 🥰
Bro finish it u got this man anything is possible will be sick with the widebody man super sick.
With a little tweaking of the ports and a better cam and timing chain, the 502 will easily give you nearly 600bhp
Nice one
Great video. Good job.
I am in love with the car, the engine and the music during the drone shots!
I wish I had the money to buy it.
Where is the finished product bro?

You using dynacorn for the Body?

Stage2 safe? I heard that motor dont like tuning How is your overall satisfaction with this car She reliable?
If I win the lottery I’m doing this.
That's a 72 model
What is the follow up on this deal?...Did Mr. Everett buy it back?...The guy is probably worth a ton of cash...could have asked anything for it and he woulda paid...
you say this chevelle is a 71 why does it have a 72 grill and turn signals?!! Ive ownd a 66,70,71, and two 73>s
Its automatic🤢🤢🤮🤮
I can't fathom why someone would spend so much money to make such a stunning car just so it can drive itself for you...
@@d-phoenix2198 jealous
@@viking3487 More like disappointed
@@d-phoenix2198 not everyone likes to play with sticks all day, some people like to just enjoy the car with their hand on his ladies lap like a real man
@@viking3487 Next thing you are going to tell me is that people who enjoy driving stick are gay for playing with a shaft all the time. Automatic: Daily--Cruiser Manual: Sport car-muscle car-pro Touring When I see a Chevelle with a 502 I think of muscle, simple as that.
This was been my dream build for the longest time! I can’t wait to finish law school to buy/build one of these! Especially considering the fact that I live in California and I miss my 1JZ 240…gotta hate Smog laws! Good luck with this build! I’m excited to see the completed build! I got an S2K I’d be willing to sell and save up to cop something like this! Haha one day!
i really love cars like this it's unique and done rarely don't care if people get mad it's art
So cool to see some of these Chevelle’s in Carolina blue, my dad used to have a 72 in Carolina blue with blue vinyl top and blue interior, cool car glad you got it!
Would love to see some more footage of the car! Basically how I want to build mine
LS5 '71 SS Chevelle convertible is not all that rare. GM produced over over 7100 of them.
That is incorrect. They made exactly 167 1971 LS5 SS Convertibles. 1972 was only about 70. 1971 saw 5089 total convertibles. 167 of those got the ls5 and this particular one was a special order color, making it individual.
@@krpperformance3436 Yeah, okay, if you say so. I had a classic/vintage vehicles successful restoration shop for 26+ years. We bought/sold/restored several Chevelle SS cars and did tons of research into them. One was a 34,000 miles LS6 454 fully optioned red, with black interior, convertible, that we bought from an estate auction for $30k. It didn't need much to restore. A few months later, we sold it to former MLB player Reggie Jackson for $85k. 6 months after that, he sold it at a Barrett-Jackson auction for $130k.
@@sergeantmasson3669 It is true sir. The owner of this car, one of our customers and friends, is one of the top chevelle experts in the country. He has found multiple 1 of 1 cars and held the Barrett Jackson Chevelle high-sale record for a while. The production number you mentioned is correct for the 1970 model year and total number of convertibles for that year. Id ask you provide a source please, as I'm sure my numbers are correct. Thank you
@@krpperformance3436 Hey, it's your story and you can tell it anyway that you want. When I sold my classic/vintage vehicles restoration business, most all of my reference books went with it. I've still got tons of photos of all the vehicles we ever worked on/had/sold. If your "friend" is a such a great Chevelle expert, he must know about Reggie Jackson's 1970 Chevelle SS red/black LS6 454 convertible.
2001, I found a 1967 427 Yenko SS Chevelle in a GA truck stop parking lot that had near no rust. It belonged to one of the fry-cooks. It had a 402 engine but the owner had the original engine at home. I bought the car, and it's original engine, for $2500. Two years, and $15,000 later, to fully restore correctly and we sold it at Carlyle PA car show for $90,000.
Hey, knowing what it means to get one of your first if not your first car back. Mr. Everett needs to see his car. 👍🇺🇸
Sold?
Arlington cars are also known for squared off ends to the hood & deck stripes(Kansas City also)
My 72 LS5 (Arlington car)had the build sheet taped to passenger footwell under sound deadener
We ended up finding the build sheet intact, above the gas tank
2jz power... Engine still lasts...
Can’t wait to see it all finished bro 😎🤙🏽
I saw this car for sale. I am in the middle of my own 2jz swap in my 66 mustang. I almost bought this thing and transfered parts onto it instead of my car. Good luck with finishing the build man! I'll be following the progress.
Definitely wanna see it finished 👍👍 good luck
I want that freakin car. ...baaad.
Job well done young man...thanks for sharing this...🇺🇸🍺
Awesome car love to see what it does and a quarter mile
