Don’t think so, this railway can be quite quiet. I do know that they are open every Sunday at the moment you can check their Facebook account for latest updates and opening days.

1:30 ‘steepest incline of any heritage railway in the UK!’ Don’t believe that. It’s either got to be Foxfield at 1 in 19 or Bodmin at 1 in 37. The overall steepest railway is the 1 in 27 on the Welshpool.
Very nice. A real pity that the class 17s were not a success in service as they are attractive locos.
Wow a clayton , i love these all gone by 1972 from BR i believe, good to see these running 😊.
This locomotive in particular is very special indeed as it is sadly the last preserved Clayton. The others scrapped within 10 years of being built.
Looks like a exhaust cowling missing on the clayton. Nice vid.

I'm sorry to say that the RHDR is not the World's smallest public railway anymore. That belongs to the 10 1/4 Wells and Walsingham Railway.
Thanks for this information. I did do some research but clearly it must’ve of been outdated or incorrect. I will no longer address future videos of the railway with this title.
@@Olivers_RailAdventures It was outdated as was pre-1979 but that railway shut a year later due to issues and then Wells and Walsingham took the title in 1982.

Irrespective of its size, I have always felt that Samson and her sister engines are among the most beautiful in Britain.

Old Video Filmed on the 9th of July 2023 celebrating 90 years of the Piccadilly Line Northern Extension with this special trip between Acton Town and Oakwood. This event was put together by the London Transport Museum, visit their website as tickets for these events can be booked there.

Great video! I was there yesterday and the brake van ride was my highlight.
Definitely was a great and unique experience! The only downside was all the soot blowing in my face, if there’s a next time I’ll definitely be more prepared. Think I recognised you a couple of times during Sunday.

Thank you very much for the support! Definitely worth a visit very nice and well maintained heritage railway with a nice mixture of Steam and diesel trains. This year I am planning to visit loads more heritage railways that I haven’t posted on the channel yet.
