I played sekiro before this and i thought that the parry system would be a breeze. I was wrong. In sekiro its more forgiving. Miss the parry it turns to a block. Miss a pary in dark souls you die. It was also easier to see when to parry . sekiro.

You miss out on some of the best armor if you do this

Incase anyones wondering, since official support ended sometime ago, the glitch was never patched out. It works on the PS3 and i bought the game from PS Store.

how to souls do you remeber me?

At the start of the game I had lots of humanity and used them all because it says restores health😭 later I found out they are used to reverse hollowing and kindle. Also is sorcerer armor the best for rolling? I used that to beat moonlight butterfly and sif.

Got the black night sword from the first guy, on my first playthrough and then was like oh cant use it so i forgot aboutnit, used the drake sword for half the game and then saw i had it realized op m finished the game with it,

Players: why do i have to kill him although its an op ring? Because he gonna kill the firelink shrine keeper thats why.. (Im saying this because I didn’t know that you have to kill him although he did kill the keeper but you can revive the firekeeper back so yea look it up)

are you able to do this with just a controller

If you have a bow this gets easy af, though bonus points if you have a hollow soldier shield / some other shield with 100% physical damage reduction. When you come up the ladder and go right, kill the first hollow soldier and take his place. Here the games begin. That slow guard you were waiting on in the beginning? Like most enemies, he gets ticked if you hit him with an arrow (even if it bounces off his shield) causing him to run at you and most likely go for a lunge when he arrives (parry practice / bait & backstab, your choice). There are two guards behind the boar. Dealing damage to either with a bow (even if it's just 1 damage causes them to charge you as well. NOTE: The one that closes the gate will get stuck brown-nosing the boar for.... "pathfinding" reasons. Most of him will be hidden behind the boar, who will likely aggro to you if you hit it, so aim left of the soldier's exposed shoulder and slowly work your reticle to the right until you hit him. Finish him off from here (don't want someone that content with shoving their face up a boar's rump any closer to you anyway). FINALLY some melee combat. Head right, kill the soldier waiting to ambush you. Head up the stairs, deal with the one soldier and two archers in melee. Once you've defeated the second archer, if you walk the rest of the way across the bridge they were on, you'll notice (looking down and towards the left / down and towards the boar) there's a space between the nearest pile of burning corpses and the nearest wall. Walk (I SAID WALK! I SWEAR TO GOD IF YOU ROLL THEN YO DUMAZZ GETS WHAT YOU GET). *Ahem* Walk, shoulder against the wall, off the bridge such that you fall behind the burning bodies in the corner. Immediately block and lock onto the boar, who now has no way to you except through the fire. When it runs into the fire it will NOT die immediately, so move either left or right around the fire until you're out of the corner and the boar should roast itself alive fairly quickly. Thus endeth the lesson.

Love your videos! They're to the point, they're easy to follow and have useful information. The safest method of farming souls is imo to stand on the big cogwheels in the Duke's prison and shoot with a ranged weapon at the maidens. Nothing will be able to kill you while up there, meanwhile, you have all the time in the world to farm both souls and humanity.

You do so much damage that you can't get through these boss moves for the walkthrough is legendary. Also, the lack of Bloodhound Finesse is hurting me!
