I strongly recommend you try to slow your fretting down and not anchor. The fretting is slower than you'd think.

My favorite van halen song ever

The taps in this game are absolutely the most busted taps in any GH. I found not anchoring anything whenever possible yielded the most consistent results. Sometimes if there was a series of tap notes immediately followed by a strum I would also treat that strum as a tap as well or else I would overstrum. GHVH is a whole other beast.

I don't think it has to do anything with my wireless Guitar. I've played Guitar Hero 1-3 and Guitar Hero Areo Smith and this disconnection never happen when I played those games. But when it comes to Guitar hero Metallica, it happens in almost every song and it interups whenever you're doing good or during the solos. It gets very annoying because out of all the games Metallica is the one I wanted to play most, but this just keeps on happening and I dont know how to fix it either. It has to be the game, not the controller..

I alt tapped 1231(24)2342(35) and 1231(35), and standard tapped rest. I also use my ring finger with my tapping hand. But yeah, this chart is fucking hideous. I don't know how people get so consistent with it.

this is yucky and it's CRAZY you got that long of a combo using solely the slider bar lmao. Have you ever tried a hybrid method, like fretting the lower 3 notes of each zig and tapping the slider bar for the 4th?
