I'm at a point where I absolutely love capturing my life and editing videos but don't really have a good laptop to edit it on. I finally have enough saved for a MacBook and I wonder should I invest in a camera or just shoot with my iPhone 13 and edit it on MacBook for now. The latter seems more tempting.

Hi there, im planning to avail used GRiii for some time now and i wonder if these are sooc ( straight out of cam) shots with no editing.

Doesn't matter how many times you change the caption or thumbnail... Algorithm won't work in your favour unless you create a hook for audience to click on the video! In your case, the thumbnail could have been you actually interacting with your subject and somebody else capturing your photo with your subject. Caption is nice though!

Congratulations on your shots, I really like them. One feature I discovered while reading the manual that I didn't know about is that you can set on the hold of the movie button to preview the depth of field, forcing the aperture to close. This is not very useful if you shoot in P, AV and TV, but very useful in M.

This recipe works brilliantly around the area I live in where the sky and surrounding areas are pale. It just breeds so much and makes colors pop. Love it

This was a well made video! Good job. I dont own a Ricoh. But the images are beautiful. Its such a small camera. But are they aiming for the same type of tech that fuji uses with film recipies integrated in their camera?

Battery hack - it turns off the Display immediately only if you haven't selected any settings in the 2nd and 3rd columns otherwise you have to cycle through them to turn the display off. Good recommendation.

Dust issue hack. Was watching the “one camera, two weeks” channel. Here is a funny and maybe an effective way to extract dust from your camera. Open the lens and place the vacuum cleaner hose over the lens. Turn on the vacuum cleaner and the dust will be sucked off the sensor. In theory this should work. Then place a filter over the lens to prevent the return of dust to your sensor in the future. Mask On Nurse Marty (Ret)
